從肯尼迪機場出來，問了工作人員，做了類似地鐵的小車，一站去到了酒店擺渡車地方，做的酒店免費接送的擺渡車回去的酒店，當時沒提前聯繫好酒店，純粹是碰巧有其他住在這個酒店的客人，我們恰好趕上了，否則就要等很久了吧（猜測）。早餐不太好吃，能吃飽，那個牛肉餅不錯，工作人員會給你考華夫餅。酒店大堂有免費的飲料和蘋果。酒店周圍不遠處就有一個711和漢堡王。

房間不大，衞浴設施略舊，但是整體舒適整潔。前台和客房服務員都很友好、熱情。位置方便，步行不到10分鐘即到中央公園，離地鐵站也很近。出門街對面有兩家食品超市，右手邊是星巴克和絲芙蘭，近距離內有多家不同風味的餐館。最寶藏的是酒店房間裏除了膠囊咖啡機，還有微波爐、電爐和簡單的鍋具、餐具，我們從對面超市買來雞蛋、切片火腿、漢堡坯和大米，自己煮粥、煎蛋，DIY了中西合璧的豐盛早餐，棒極了。遺憾忘記了拍攝房間內的照片，衹能上傳大堂和外景照片了。

這個酒店隔音很差，窗外就是幾十個排氣管和鍋爐聲音，簡直無法入睡，一樓是一個酒吧，吵到凌晨二點，衹能吃安眠葯入睡。1113與1115緊挨着，門乒乒乓乓被吵醒，而且他房間燈開了一個晚上，照進我們房間，差評差評差評。 早餐已付款説有的在一樓，早上來到一樓吃了個閉門羹，由於語音不通，早上折騰了半個小時，後同伴發生了低血糖（同伴有糖尿病），表揚這個老外很關心遊客，及時給了一杯甜咖啡和一個熱🥪麪包，很人性化。感動感動，再次向這位老外深表謝意。

頭兩天住宿的房間偏小，樓層也低，且衹有一扇窗户朝向天井，所以房間光線不足。後七天訂單換到第12層，房間也大一些且兩面牆都有窗子，拉開窗簾後可直接看到W 71街的街景和中城景色，感覺不錯。 空調聲音較大是唯一不能接受的問題，不過這是很多紐約二三星旅館都存在的問題，衹能忍耐。 服務質量因人而異，有的前台人員友好有的服務態度一般，並不會每天都有人來保潔，開始幾天我都是自己收拾，後來發現洗手池堵了，給前台打了電話，也派人來修了，且後面幾天連續都有人來清潔了，所以會提要求也很重要。服務人員多數是南美裔，都講西班牙語，英語不一定靈光，交流有點困難。 該酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰中央公園和72街地鐵站，交通便利，屬曼哈頓上西區鬧中取靜處，從性價比來説非常值得推薦。 附從酒店12層的房間俯拍的街景和從W72街拍的酒店正面。
