紐約布魯克林萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Brooklyn)

La chambre était un peu vetuste ((climatiseur fendu et bruyant, tâches sur les murs) mais propre et bien équipée (machine a café, grande TV, mini frigo, micro-onde)) Lit très confortable 10/10 Grande douche Personnel sympathique Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon (la zone petit déjeuner est par contre trop petite (quelques tables seulement): le petit déjeuner commençait a 7h00, je suis arrivé a 7h05 il n y avait plus de place libre. Les personnes n'ayant pas de table ont dû s installer dans les canapés installés autour de la pièce ou sur la table avec les ordinateurs)

Got there right at 3pm to get a parking space, $40 a day is NOT a bad price for a major city. Try parking in Manhattan for that! Andrew greeted us and was amazing! He took time to answer all of our questions and give us his opinions on restaurants and navigating Brooklyn. The hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent, but the rooftop area was the star. It’s a great place to kick back, have a drink and see an awesome view of Brooklyn and Manhattan. We didn’t walk around at night, but during the day it’s a 7 minute walk to the subway. I’ll absolutely be back again!

Everything was fine except our room was not properly serviced at any time during our three night stay. I reported the lack of service twice, with no apparent effect. On the third occasion I was told that the room had been serviced but the bed was not made up because we had left our pajamas on the bed and their policy was to not touch the bed under those circumstances. Obviously this is nonsense. Also, the bathroom clearly had not been tidied. If the management can fix this problem I would be happy to recommend their hotel. Otherwise....

I’ve stayed here a few times for work due to the location of the job and there is ALWAYS late night heavy construction directly out side from about 11am to 5 am. This hotel has absolutely zero noise cancelation. I can guarantee if you stay here and will be woken up multiple times a night from the sound of jackhammers, dump trucks, and backup alarms.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast. Our main problem was an ice machine next to our room, that is extremely noisy and it disrupted our sleep every night. Another problem is that while a subway station with lots of different trains is just 10 minutes walk away, I wouldn't be comfortable walking in that area very late at night.
