蘇活大飯店(Soho Grand Hotel)

I don't often write reviews; but this time, I feel I have to share my very positive experience at the Soho Grand Hotel. It has all the amenities of a top international brand (including a really excellent Diner open 24/7), while keeping the human dimension of a boutique hotel. Although the new year period is as busy as it gets in NYC (and the hotel was pretty full), staff was always friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and very well maintained. Overall, my partner and I felt truly appreciated as guests and I will definitely go back to that property if I happen to visit NYC again.

We really had an awful time there room was not clean i had to call 3 times to get some body wash because there were none in the shower. Shower was dirty bedding sheets had lots of hair room was too cold I called them to get some heat they said its not turned on so we cant have any they brought up a space heater thay blew cold air all and all a very disappointment.

The staff was great. Friendly, very quick to respond to requests, excellent. We loved the hotel. Lights in bathroom were kind of dim and no magnifying mirror so made it difficult putting on make-up, but other than that, great stay.

Staff was extremely rude and made us feel not welcomed. Hotel is very dark and Opaque not worth the money Staff was very rude and made us feel we were not welcomed. Would Not recommend to anyone. When we told a staff about our luggage tickets they replied. “Not my problem” that is the kind of attitude and “service” they provide in this hotel. Avoid at all costs

Extremely poor service- no one at front desk early in the morning for checkout (despite previously flagged early check out & assurance of 24 hour cover) -& no confirm receieved of checkout 24 hours later. No hot water on last morning-despite running tap for 5 mins, only tepid water. Room safe not working-battery required

Great staff. Very responsive with the one issue I had. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Only negative is the gym. Too small/crowded and sweaty.

Beware of these people! If we take a small stuff from their bar, they will charge 100 times the price. Rip off people, bad quality. smelly rooms.
