酒店位置就在海邊，很適合躺平發呆，就是這個季節下海還是有點冷～泳池稍微有點小，但是很乾凈～
前台有點冷臉，其他服務人員都很nice
定的含早晚餐，可是有一天酒店晚上放假衹能個哦午餐，我們checkin了才告訴，那天出海沒辦法回來，衹能算了，不過攜程客服還是挺好的～

最愉快的一次住宿,設施一流。從我到達的那一刻起,服務就完美了,前台的工作人員協助我提前入住,非常親切。很棒的早餐和餐廳服務。完全推薦!

入住紮金索斯島的頂級奢華酒店，設施服務都屬一流，酒店門口是封閉狀態，私密程度很高，房間面朝大海，裝修風格也很精緻，每天還會有定時的小餐送上門，可惜島上地理條件所致，沒有海灘，酒店建在石頭懸崖峭壁上，衹在礁石附近開闢了一個小的躺椅區域觀海，酒店距離小鎮也衹有十多分鐘路程，不想吃酒店餐飲去小鎮也非常方便。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, which made our visit particularly pleasant. All our wishes were fulfilled quickly and without any hassle.
The rooms are very modern and equipped with everything you need. We were impressed by the high quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness.
The dining options are top-notch. The food was always of the highest standard, both in taste and presentation.
The hotel facilities are also excellently maintained. The gardens, loungers, and pools are in pristine condition and invite you to relax.
While there is no direct access to the sea, the hotel offers plenty of free parking, allowing you to reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes.
We can highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

雙卧四人間衹要九百塊真的太划算了，有問題都是我的問題😅
房間衞生相當好，雖然老，可是完全沒有打掃不到位的感覺，衞生死角都做得很好。這個價位不能期待太高，窗户透光 早上會被曬醒，兩個房間裏的空調沒有客廳的涼。
機場打車20歐，樓下是個熱鬧的小廣場，但不會吵到睡覺。
早餐一般，英國過去的人也吃不下太多，很好的避免了在沉船灣一日遊的山路上吐出來hhhh
唯一無法接受的大問題是洗手間的水是鹹的！超級鹹！洗澡刷牙的水都是超鹹的（但第二天住了三千多一晚olea也有淡淡的鹹）
所以還是那句，一千塊的城鎮中心四人間 有問題也是我的問題哈哈哈哈 值得做個扎金索斯的過渡，多住一晚都會累。。

ZZHAOHUI酒店在山頂上，離海直線距離有七百多米，走起路來彎彎曲曲要走一個多公裏才到。另外一個方向的海邊是個鎮子，要走兩公裏。去扎金索斯鎮要打出租車，十五歐元一次，總之去哪兒都要打車。這是我們事先沒有想到的。
酒店沒有交給連鎖經營團隊，前台衹有一個人，滿眼就看着一個意大利半老男人在奔波，一會兒見到他研磨咖啡，配製飲品，一會兒到餐廳端盤子，一會兒來開單點餐，一會兒幫你拉行李到房間。。。其他人懶懶的，叫做啥就幹啥，不主動。
感覺像家族企業。大堂蠻大的，空蕩蕩的零星桌椅，沙發。
客房不多，不成規模，估計這是專業經營團隊不來經營的主要原因。0層幾個房間帶私家泳池，我們住在樓上，陽台看人游泳曬太陽一清二楚，沒隱私。在樓上遠眺樹林，大海，景觀不錯。
房間很大。。。用不上那麼大。
屋裡的設施條件不好，盒裝抽紙和燒水壺是我們去前台要，才給，。配不上五星級稱號。
跟當地團出行沒準備，人家都下水游泳，我們傻傻的待在船上，第二天乾脆取消了去藍洞。自己去海邊游泳去了。這酒店性價比不好！！！
建議還是選擇扎金索斯鎮住比較好。
這家酒店甜點做的很好，早餐很好。

訪訪客用戶Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

CCathThe hotel was amazing. We had a Seaview room. Wow! Just stunning. It had everything we needed. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early hours of the morning and was greeted by Elana. She made us toasties, gave us a kettle for the room. She is incredibly kind, warm and friendly. Wish we stayed longer. The beach area was stunning with steps into the sea. Bliss

我們玩得很開心,肯定會推薦度假村。
給未來客人的提示:考慮在抵達前提前租車。度假村距離科老城區約30分鐘,絕對值得一遊。沒有車,您很可能會在度假村度過大部分時間。

GGraeme JHThe hotel is about 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport making it really convenient. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The pool is great and the sun loungers very comfortable. You can watch incoming planes landing from the pool. People tend to put their towels down before the pool opens, which can be frustrating and means waiting for a lounger if you don’t do that - Tip: if going in July (it was 33 degrees) go to the beach first and then the pool around 4/5pm and you’ll get a lounger and quieter pool. Hotel is within walking distance of both Ammes and Ai Helis beaches which are immaculate. The water is clean and clear. We would definitely return.

訪訪客用戶The location is more than an hour drive from the airport unless you have a chauffeur or coach service booked. The room were nice and comfy but we were attacked by ants in our room which I guess is a common problem in the island. On our check out day, there was a national electricity breakdown at 8 am and the hotel staff wouldn't help by extending our checkout time by an hour. The electricity was restored at 12 pm but we were forced to empty the room at 11 am sharp. Overall, good activities at the resort and just across is a nice beach but you have to exit the resort to get to the sandy beach.
