這家酒店是我們在英國最受長者家喜歡的，因為“像個真正的酒店”。樓層不高，也就三層左右，服務設施齊全，主要是白人入住。自助早餐很豐盛，受到酒店位於莎士比亞故鄉Stratford，小鎮非常寧靜美麗，一條Avon河穿越其間。人傑地靈不過如此！

一流的酒店,地理位置優越 - 靠近火車站和關鍵地標。工作人員非常友好(特別是前台的Nadine),我們的房間寬敞,乾淨,安靜。我肯定會再次預訂這家酒店。

房間在頂樓，是典型的英式閣樓改造的，視野很受限，除此之外都還OK，尤其是餐廳的服務很棒，早上因為趕時間，餐廳的女士幫我臨時準備些食物，很棒，感謝

國外的酒店設施就不要去期待有多好了，毛巾洗出洞的還在繼續使用。 我在那是出差，連住5天，每天早餐的8個選擇都一摸一樣，連擺放位置都沒變過…… 他們服務挺好的，工作人員都很友善，我沒帶拖鞋，最後還想辦法給我弄了雙拖鞋。

環境非常適合遊覽景點，酒店是一座美麗的歷史建築。現代的水療中心很好用，但我們發現房間很基本，需要梳洗一下，非常失望，因為房間裡沒有熱飲設施。 我們的早餐包含在我們的房費中，對此我們感到非常失望 - 一切都在油脂中游泳，黑布丁和土豆羅斯蒂煮得太熟，所以我們無法吃完飯。 停車場每晚住宿 7 英鎊，但我們事先並沒有意識到這一點。 我們可能會再次入住，但會升級到大樓舊部分的房間，不會吃熟食早餐。

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!
