我們在入住前幾個小時到達切斯特,所以想問我們是否可以寄存行李,但是我們的房間已經準備好了,所以我們被告知可以立即入住!(偉大的開始!)我們還以折扣價格升級(那裏幾乎沒有什麼接觸)
外觀令人驚歎,旋轉門(可能是我最喜歡的酒店部分哈哈)和宏偉的樓梯令人驚歎!工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。
那天早些時候我割傷了手指,它繼續重新開放,其中一個工作人員非常樂於助人,因爲我跑了出去,幫我弄溼巾和額外的石膏。
房間本身很華麗!!我們可以看到後花園的景色,秋天的葉子看起來很好!牀很大很舒服!
我很想知道哪裏可以買到枕頭!!!
我討厭爬樓梯,但他們太宏偉了。
我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但我們在酒吧裏喝一杯,同時我們等待朋友,很可愛。食物看起來很好吃。
我唯一的問題是晚上奇怪的嗡嗡聲/嗡嗡聲,很難入睡。然而,我確實帶了耳塞,應該用它們,所以就在我身上哈哈!
如果我們/當我們訪問切斯特時,一定會再次入住這裏!

房間非常輕盈乾淨,牀堅固。在酒店官方網站上,它指出房間空調,但事實並非如此。當我們問接待處的那個人時,他試圖說服我,我讀錯了,並試圖讓我覺得自己很愚蠢,但它清楚地表明房間有空調,但只有接待處/大堂有空調。房間很舒服,可以做一些網線,就像直接進入對面的辦公室一樣,除非你關上窗簾。

到達前台30分鐘等待,因爲很多人試圖預訂,只有兩個前台接待員在桌子上,其中一個正在處理問題。這破壞了我們休息的開始。當我們到達餐廳上方的房間時,我們發現4133房間已經過時,衣櫃上的單板脫落。這不是我們從我們讀過的評論中預期的。
參考休閒綜合游泳池。很乾淨,但我們沒有發現如何操作儲物櫃的指示,不得不等到有人進來。早餐和酒吧區都很棒。
一般都很失望。

之前在這裏住了兩次,體驗滿意。可惜這次不得不換房間,因爲窗簾掉了,不會關閉,他們給我的更換房間有汗味和小。除此之外酒店不錯,價格合理。停車不錯。清潔需要優先考慮,以提高體驗

我和女朋友在泰瑟靈頓住得很開心。
唯一不滿意的是食物,收到食物花了大約1個小時,還被告知了廚房關閉時間的不同信息。可能我們可以按時下單,但有人在我們之後服務無法。似乎我們參觀的那天,廚房工作人員要麼人手不足,要麼有其他問題。櫃檯後面的工作人員看上去沒有經驗,只有1或2人知道該做什麼,儘管他們已經做太多了,無法協助。
從他們的花園看出去的景色很棒,在他們的高爾夫球場上。

從開始到結束都令人難以置信。預訂系統有點混亂,但在幾分鐘內排序。不能再照顧好!超值,工作人員走額外的一英里使我們的1晚住宿如此愉快,孩子們不想回家!

非常好的酒店，離 chester 市中心車程 10 分鐘，有寬大的停車場，停車位充足。房間寬敞，床墊和枕頭都很舒服。酒店早餐是傳統的英國酒店早餐，環境和餐食都不錯。chester 是一個歷史悠久的美麗小鎮，逛一逛在這個酒店休息很舒服

真的很可愛的接待區,工作人員在預訂時很棒,非常樂於助人和友好。房間乾淨,寬敞,溫暖。這正是我們一晚住宿想要的。沒有像我12歲的兒子那樣參觀酒吧或餐廳,但菜單看起來很棒,酒吧區看起來令人愉快。有很多漂亮的平坦停車場。肯定會再次訪問!

訪訪客用戶I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday.
The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now.
The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food.
Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice.
It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there

DDrVicThe location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around.
In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two.
This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby.
We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed.
In terms of things that could do with improvement:
Cleanliness
The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection.
The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus.
Service
Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way.
Facilities
The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side.
There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered.
Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

訪訪客用戶在過去的一個月裏,我們實際上在這裏住了好幾次,因爲它是如此的寧靜,舒適,並且地理位置優越,適合我們需要的東西。
從我們剛到達的那一刻起,工作人員就非常熱情,接待處的安立即把我們升級到更大的房間,當她看到我們帶着多少行李時,她也總是微笑着迎接我們,每次我們經過時,她都會熱情地問候我們接待,非常有幫助,也很高興交談。
夏克爾在聖誕節後抵達,一直是所有客人的絕對超級巨星,他似乎會幫助任何人,無論他們需要什麼。他也很愉快地交談,甚至鼓勵我的妻子一天晚上和工作人員一起坐下來參加我們的談話,因爲我們的妻子因健康原因在社會上被孤立了。

訪訪客用戶This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland.
We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful.
One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.
