6年前住了這家店,驚為天人,旁邊空地有周末有夜市,再次選擇了這家店,也沒有失望,但是可以還是會選擇新的酒店體驗。因為周邊非常商業化了,變成熱鬧的一條小街,附近有夜市、按摩、美容、酒吧街~距離沙灘也很近。酒店入住大部分是歐美國家的,所以前臺中文不行需要英文溝

房間直達泳池,超靚!還有2個大泳池,遙望芭東海灘,景色優美。酒店位置也近芭東海灘,出入方便。 早餐豐富,性價比高。 附近有很多小店,餐廳,按摩,也可以督督200bht到Banzaan或Maline 海鮮市場逛逛。 其中1日跳島,酒店可安排或到附近小店即興半日遊,不貴大概1200bht已包來回車接送。 下次來布吉都會再選擇入住👍🏻 The room has direct access to the swimming pool, so beautiful! There are also 2 large swimming pools with beautiful views of Patong Beach. The hotel's location is also close to Patong Beach, much convenient for everyone. The breakfast is good and cost-effective. There are many small restaurants, western restaurants, and massage nearby. You can also take a Tuk-Tuk 200BHT to the Banzaan or Maline seafood market. Among them, for island hopping tours, the hotel can arrange or impromptu half-day tours to nearby stores. 1,200 baht includes transfer and return to the hotel, which is not expensive. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Phuket👍🏻

I was there during Christmas and it was good location close to Kamala beach (but will require you to cross a busy road). Restaurant staff was short and lunch was sad with wait time for one plate of food gone up to about an hour. Same with room service as no one ever picked up the phone.

Even if it ended with a nice gesture, the receptionist handing me a keychain gift (not sure if they do that with all guests), with a written request to leave 10/10 review, sadly I couldn't ignore the shortcomings of this hostel that seemed like just a downgraded version of Marco Polo Poshtel (not sure which one came first, but from breakfast to ”funny” wall messages, there was a similar ”creative” signature). While I was initially attracted by reviews mentioning hostel's cleanliness, I couldn't say I shared the same opinion. Certain public areas were quite messy. The staircase to the first floor (where shoes are forbidden) didnt seem to be cleaned for some time. In the showers (which had a good water pressure), there was mold. None of the three handsoap dispensers in the only bathroom had soap in them. It just felt the staff doesnt have time or organizational skills to maintain everything in working order. But I was mostly surprised by finding a not clean (i dont want to call it ”used”) bed cover in my bed. It had some fresh stains, hair and crumbles (well, not just on bed cover), and seemed just to be folded after the guest before me (even the folding seemed messed up, so i really thought maybe the bed was forgotten). When I asked the housekeeping to change it, they initially approved. The younger housekeeper started changing everything, sheet included (which i believe is a good way to do it, when it is not certain if the bed was completely changed), but when the older one returned, she made her put the sheet back (the sheet that was thrown on the floor in the meantime), laughing all along. No, that wasnt really funny. Then instead of letting the young housekeeper put on the new bed cover she brought along, i noticed that the older one brought something that seemed to be the same old bed cover that i complained about (the duvet was already inside). When i asked if that is a new thing, she was convincing me it was. Already at that moment, i felt ridiculed. But i said, ”okay, if you say so.” After all was done, i came back to my bed, unfolded the bed cover and confirmed my doubt - all this performance of changing the bed, without them changing anything! The only difference was that the bedsheet was also on the floor in the meantime. This got me really frustrated, mostly because they lied to my face (what for?), and mostly because they invested energy in ”changing” everything while actually just stripping everything off and returning it (why? It takes the same amount of energy to do it for real). Feeling like an *****, i asked what seemed to be the problem? Dont they have clean bedding, or what? But they had. I asked them to give it to me then, and i would happily prepare the bed myself. Which they accepted. Lol. I dont know, with that poor breakfast, the visual mess, unpleasant ”toilet” scent at hostel entrance, and generally low level of cleanliness (you can see how yellow the pillow is once you remove the pillow case yourself), it felt that other reviews mentioning spotless hygiene were misleading. Or were my standards too high? In any case, i stayed in a dozen of Phuket hostels during my month here, but none of them tried to insult my intelligence. There are better places, and no, Dorm Hostel sadly doesnt deserve 10/10, to quote the request they tell everyone at check-out. I also tried to leave them space for hostel improvement, so instead of lowest marks, i left average ones, even if the experience was truly below average. P.S. When a guest asks whether a ferry with a pick-up operates everywhere in Phuket, a genuinely helpful answer would be ”yes”. And not ”no, it's only our hostel's pickup”. I understand everyone just tries to earn money, but it shouldn't be done by misleading guests who just trustfully ask for information.

強烈推薦這家酒店。我是抱着試試看的想法,想要孩子有直通泳池房間這樣他們可以游泳,我們也不用擔心安全問題。因為預訂的時候是我和老公結婚紀念日,酒店幫我們佈置了一下並且給了很好的風景的房間,早餐不錯。每天酒店打掃的都很乾凈。我很喜歡,下次回來肯定還要住在這邊。酒店離海邊不算遠,江西冷商場也很近。主要房間價格太合適了。感謝酒店的服務人員。

服務很好,特別是晚上的那位男前台。我們十二點到的普吉,一點多入住的。前台值夜班的那個服務員,幫我們拿行李上樓,房間衣架不夠,給我們拿衣架,給我們陽台搬椅子。給我們介紹洗衣服務以及周邊怎麼玩,租摩託車怎麼租,包車怎麼包,最近的711走路2分鐘怎麼去。非常熱情有禮貌。每天早上把臟衣服給他們,他們會在晚上把乾淨的衣服給你。每一天房間打掃得都很乾凈,我幾次放了小費他們都沒有要,你每天回來都有乾淨的毛巾和水。我報的出海和一日遊那些,不用提早呆到下面等,車來了前台會來你的房間喊你。最後一天走,凌晨五點我們要去機場,各種打車軟件最便宜783銖,但是叫不到車。酒店安排了自己的車送我們,衹收費800銖。體驗真的很好。

第一晚房間出了問題,告知了酒店,第二天玩兒了一天回來就給換了兩卧海景套房,所有的行李東西都擺放的很整齊,按照在另一個房間原來的地方擺放的很好,非常快速的處理,並且贈送了三道式餐券,服務人員都很熱情,酒店環境也很棒,有自己的沙灘,可以直接躺着看夕陽,還有無邊泳池也很nice!早餐也不錯👍

房間很寬敞明亮,沒有特別異味也聽不到外邊的噪音。床褥很舒適,房間清潔後所更換的新毛巾都帶有洗乾淨的味道,很棒。如果入住了比較遠的房間,酒店會有小車安排接載,但其實距離不遠,走路也只是2分鐘。我們沒有吃過酒店的早餐,也因為行程太充實而沒有享用酒店泳池等設施。 整體住宿體驗很好!👍🏻

我們得到了免費升級!!帶著陽台景觀超好。美麗美麗的海灘景色。位置很完美。不太忙碌和吵鬧。飯店附近有大型7-11商店。將自行車停放在飯店對面。它是安全的!我們在那裡停了一個星期。 工作人員超級友善。房間有舊味,但很乾淨。我們帶了房間噴霧。所以一切都很好。床很好,房間超舒適。我們一定會再來到這家酒店..!

房間安排:訂的海景房,辦入住第一次給安排了景觀最爛的房間(2號樓1樓),爭取了幾次才調整到稍微好一點點的2號樓2樓(圖1),因為一共住兩天,要求第二天換景觀更好的前台才勉強同意換到3號樓5樓(圖2)。 入住沒有告訴我可以下載酒店app,導致錯過了按摩的折扣(酒店的全身精油按摩也不咋樣);app上面有各種服務,可以和酒店網上溝通,又有各種活動時間表,但衹支持英語。 其他服務:讓酒店送水響應很慢,最後搬運行李下樓服務也是催了兩次 海景:3號〉1號〉2號,樓層越高越好 整個酒店幾乎沒有中文標識,明明中國客人也不少,如果英語不好會少享受到很多服務 酒店整體景色還是不錯的,黃昏時刻格外美
