Nice tea factory hotel，beyond compare. L love that garden with sunset,everything is amazing. 這家茶廠酒店的中國人不是很多，一共沒記錯的話就48間客房，check in會有茶水和香料品鑒，放在手心一口咀嚼，是很獨特的體驗。前台兩位lady的着裝很漂亮，印象深刻，分配的房間也很不錯，在最高的4樓。 有幸在傍晚時分看到了日落的花園，美超乎想象，很難相信這是在大山茶園裡的無與倫比的建築，不需要濾鏡。 房間其實不算大，有一個小浴缸，房間內是暖氣供應，住的舒服。 我們入住期間在bar開了一瓶紅酒，價格是28000盧比，配上自助的晚餐很不錯，臨走時還購買了酒店的茶葉，回國后隊友直誇茶葉贊！ 這條點評起因是check out離開酒店時，前台的一位lady希望我能在貓途鷹上留下痕迹，我記住你啦😄美麗的lady下回再見了

This was the second time I visited Heritance Kandalama and it was better than the last stay especially I would like to mention the Guest Relations Executive Miss. Yoshina for taking care of our family and fulfilling all our needs with all the needed information with her efficient style and making the stay comfortable also big shoutout to the chefs food was beyond amazing and the restaurant staff was very active as well and also the suite was amazing with all the amenities that should be there in a room overall a 10/10 experience and a must visit place in Sri Lanka ♥️

The hotel is located around 10 minutes from the famous Sigiriya citadel. The hotel’s pool and the main lobby area including the bar overlook the sigiriya citadel (Sigiriya rock), making it one of the best views of the famous rock. Further the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery. Hotel staff are professional and also “extremely” friendly. They are a “true example of island’s hospitality”. The pool and the bar area are the best places to relax. Room service, laundry service and reception were really responsive and always available. Hotel rooms are of single category but some rooms need more attention in maintaining, especially the room that was given (Room 41). The room looked kind of rundown. Yet, house keeping was commendable. Same time, food menu, and the restaurant should be improved as breakfast was almost same every morning, “french toast” was not really “french toast” at all and there was no refilling of certain food items (especially cut fruits) for late risers.

Nice place, clean, very helpful and service minded staff and a nice rooftop pool. Breakfast was tasty and quite large, perfect before a train trip to Ella. Only minus was that the AC was acting a but strange, and the room had no windows facing outside. So the night time was hot, and it was a bit difficult to sleep well. Might have been bad luck.

We loved our stay at the cinnamon citadel. The hotel and the amazing pool were perfect for relax time after sightseeing the area. The view was amazing and calm. The service was impeccable, we enjoyed dinner and music every evening and finally stayed longer than planned.

房間設施的確有點老舊，電吹風衞生間用不了，插座壞了，衹好房間裏用，宣傳上説有洗衣房和乾衣機，實際是沒有的，不知是不是攜程翻譯出了問題，酒店位置很好，鬧中取靜，去康提湖很近很方便，服務也很到位，畢竟是連鎖酒店，有一個前台男孩還能説很好的中文，專業性不容置疑，酒店樓下還有一羣猴，超級可愛，不過它們衹在屋頂玩，不騷擾客人

Sigiriya village was an exceptional stay! From the moment that we arrived we were taken care of with great service and friendliness! The surroundings are so beautiful with lush green trees, monkeys and other animals. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The best part was the amazing buffet dinner! Amazing selection with superb quality food! Sigiriya Village is well located and you can see the rock from the swimming pool area. Definitely recommend staying here!

Super location, nice pool, decent rooms, great hospitality,good srilankan food, 2 acre property, total 6 rooms, 3 downstairs and 3 upstairs, 24 hours hot water, limited toiletries, insects problem but that is due to natural conditions

Very nice place, tucked into the rocks overlooking the Kandy area.Beautiful gardens. Very friendly und kind staff (particularly in the restaurant!). Lovely room wirh small, shady balcony. Spacious room, clean&tidy. Lovely food. Fab pool!

There is a big pool on the grounds and a big jacuzzi with hot water in the room.  Minuses of the hotel: Far from the attractions. Taxi from the center only go there for the price of pick me x2. Hotel taxi are 3 times more expensive. There are no stores and restaurants near the hotel, so inside the hotel prices for food x3, Also after 6pm it is dangerous to be outside because elephants are walking around. Now let's talk about the premium status and the five races. In 7 years of traveling, this is the first hotel that did not have a bathrobe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The plumbing in the shower leaks, and the doors creak so much that you could call the spirits at night. Regarding the attention to the customer. I mentioned my upcoming birthday in conversation with the manager, but this fact was not used in any way to show any form of attention from the hotel. This is a huge miscalculation on the part of the staff at a premium hotel. We also had a late departure and our request to delay in the hotel for a couple of hours was refused. This was not due to the arrival of new customers, as the manager offered to extend our stay for a fee. For future customers this fact may be decisive in their choice. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the service and flexibility of the staff, as well as individual approach to customers, does not correspond to the premium level and requires improvement.

This was a great place to stay in Nuwareliya. The Villa is beautifully kept with 3 cozy rooms and a great small garden for some early morning teas! The staff were quite helpful, and the villa is located in close proximity to the Nuwareliya town. It is one of the most peaceful villas to stay at with a good view of some tea fileds. It is definitely worth a visit for couples, a group of friends and/ or Family.

住了兩晚的金嶺還是很不錯的，酒店位置在山坡上，窗外的景色非常美，温度也要低好幾度，時常下雨，去粉紅郵局和總督府都很近

真的很享受我們在亞當斯峰旅館的住宿。一個很棒的地方，有乾淨的房間和樂於助人的員工。頂樓的房間是最好的，但由於前面的道路交通，它可能會有點吵。地下室也很寬敞，絕對物有所值。這裡的食物真的很好。斯里蘭卡米飯和咖哩是必須嘗試的。 Dilpa 和家人擁有這個地方，他們非常友好和樂於助人。這肯定是我們下次入住的地方

在落日餘暉中到達這個別墅 兩層小樓房蠻適合情侶或者一家四口出遊 由於當天我們的導遊衹陪我們一天 所以我們在到達目的地之前就解決了晚餐問題 如果不準備晚餐 民宿的服務員會用突突載顧客下山去吃飯。但是要在晚上十點之前回來 酒店對麪是斯裏蘭卡最高的山 誦經祈福的聲音陪我們入睡並伴隨我們起牀 早起推開窗看到蘭卡最好的小山村在雲霧繚繞之中 像仙境一般 重點來了 視野非常好的浴缸衹是擺設 因為這裏溫度低 熱水完全不夠用 都不夠洗澡的 哪裡還能泡 本來在這裏跨年早起想洗個頭➕熱水澡 乾淨的迎接新的一年 但是剛打上洗髮水熱水就沒了 接下來全程冰水洗頭 身體就算了 感覺超無奈 2019年第一天很無語 早餐是前一天晚上送來的 麵包➕雞蛋➕火腿腸。自己動手煎蛋。還可以吧

我們在斯里蘭卡旅行了幾個月,這是我們住過的最好的賓館。經理阿魯巴先生是如此熱情周到。建築相當新。我們的臥室寬敞舒適。衛生間很大,一切都一塵不染。早餐很好吃。強烈推薦住這裏。

作為兩家Resplendent Ceylon酒店的過度酒店，這家坐落在努瓦艾利也的英式酒店是不錯的，大堂，餐廳，庭院設施很豐富，餐廳的食物也是多樣美味的,同時價格也非常具有性價比，唯一的缺點是由於海拔較高2400米，因此温度偏低，房間內較冷，沒有空調，杯子感覺有點潮。

不錯的酒店，員工服務質素很好，對旅客非常友善。有舒適和寧靜的環境，房間也非常整潔。早餐質素很高。是休閒旅遊的好選擇。
