Accommodation: Guests have praised the hotel for its cleanliness and comfort. Rooms are well-appointed, featuring modern furnishings and amenities such as Temple Spa toiletries, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee facilities. While some guests have noted that certain rooms can be on the smaller side, the overall comfort and ambiance receive high marks.   Dining Experience: The hotel’s restaurant, set within a rebuilt conservatory, offers a bright and airy dining space. Guests have highlighted the quality of the food, particularly the grilled fish dishes and Sunday roasts. The bar and outdoor garden seating provide additional spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Facilities include free parking with electric charging stations, pet-friendly accommodations (with an additional charge), and well-maintained gardens. However, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not have leisure facilities or a gym. Some have mentioned minor issues such as thin walls leading to noise disturbances and occasional maintenance concerns in the bathrooms. Despite these, the consensus remains positive, with many guests indicating a desire to return. The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

我們在入住前幾個小時到達切斯特,所以想問我們是否可以寄存行李,但是我們的房間已經準備好了,所以我們被告知可以立即入住!(偉大的開始!)我們還以折扣價格升級(那裏幾乎沒有什麼接觸) 外觀令人驚歎,旋轉門(可能是我最喜歡的酒店部分哈哈)和宏偉的樓梯令人驚歎!工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。 那天早些時候我割傷了手指,它繼續重新開放,其中一個工作人員非常樂於助人,因爲我跑了出去,幫我弄溼巾和額外的石膏。 房間本身很華麗!!我們可以看到後花園的景色,秋天的葉子看起來很好!牀很大很舒服! 我很想知道哪裏可以買到枕頭!!! 我討厭爬樓梯,但他們太宏偉了。 我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但我們在酒吧裏喝一杯,同時我們等待朋友,很可愛。食物看起來很好吃。 我唯一的問題是晚上奇怪的嗡嗡聲/嗡嗡聲,很難入睡。然而,我確實帶了耳塞,應該用它們,所以就在我身上哈哈! 如果我們/當我們訪問切斯特時,一定會再次入住這裏!

在參觀切斯特時住在這裏。它離公園足夠近,騎車很容易進入市中心。我們喜歡房間-大牀,幾個晚上我們需要的所有設施。我們也利用了水療中心-這很可愛。這是安靜和放鬆!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

On the whole a pleasant experience.  From a cleanliness perspective it was fairly good but there were quite a few spiders webs in ceiling corners and under radiators which had likely been there for some time.  Breakfast was fine however when some of our party arrived 10 minutes before the end of serving there were no glasses for juice and no bowls for fruit/cereal to use. Appreciate its close to the end of the time frame but breakfast was still open. Also if you like coffee, then I’d avoid the coffee served at breakfast.

位置優越,可愛的老建築。 摺疊牀給孩子們是不舒服的(比旅行小屋或premmier客棧的牀更糟糕)。 不要爲早餐煩惱!東西一直用光,並不總是更換。培根不能吃,香腸便宜,沒有乏布丁,即使它在菜單和小部分。 我會再次入住,但不會添加早餐
