優點：員工友善親切 餐飲場所眾多 度假村很漂亮 缺點：食物品質不佳 飯店很大，往返交通不便。不過大部分時間都有接駁車。 接待訪客的費用高得離譜 負責每天補充迷你吧和冰箱的工作人員沒有盡職盡責……我不得不反覆要求他們補充。 我房間裡的電視訊號很差 沒有無線網路

He pasado unas vacaciones espectaculares en familia. El hotel es muy lindo, con instalaciones cómodas y bien cuidadas. La comida ha sido una delicia, con una gran variedad de platos que nos han dejado más que satisfechos. Y, por supuesto, las playas de Punta Cana, con su arena blanca y aguas cristalinas, siempre son un acierto. Lo que más valoro es el excelente servicio al cliente. ¡Gracias, Brinnel, por tu atención! También un agradecimiento especial a los maleteros, las chicas de limpieza, los camareros y el equipo de animación. Todos han sido increíblemente amables y siempre con una sonrisa en el rostro, algo que extraño muchísimo al ser una dominicana viviendo en el extranjero. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

We love the tropical feel of the resort. We booked the Tropical Deluxe room but we were given a room at the Caribe Deluxe instead, but it was okay as there isn’t much difference and the resort has the same amenities for both, but would be nice if we were given a heads up prior to us going in the room. The room was okay, quite small and a bit rundown and looks a bit different from what you see in the photos. Overall our stay was good. The beach was really nice, and there are lots of amenities in the hotel. It was also hard to book a reservation at the restaurants through their online app. Please stay away at the Tao Restaurant - ala carte. My husband had stomach flu and diarrhea after eating there. Too bad the hotel doesn’t want to do anything, so we ended up going at the private clinic inside the resort.

1. 這是一家老酒店了，所佔據的沙灘位置特別好。我曾沿沙灘步行六公里，發現這個酒店的沙灘可以説在Punta Cana沿海連成一串的度假酒店中，算是最棒的。 2. 服務怎麼説呢？基本還算可以，房間清理人員和餐廳服務人員都很好，但前台工作人員就一般般了，辦個入住沒有20分鐘基本下不來的，慢騰騰的不急不忙，對客人也是愛答不理的。 3. 如果讓門口的行李員幫你叫車出去的話，一定要反覆確認好價格，以防行李員和出租車司機合夥坑錢。當然坑的錢也不會多，可能也就三五個美刀，但當你明白被坑了，錢雖不多，但被人當**的感覺還是令人非常不爽的。 4. 入住第一天，房間裏有很大的黴味。給酒店客服電話後，倒是很給快換了全套的枕頭被子等，噴了很多清新劑，黴味算是給壓下去了。從第二天開始往後，倒是聞不到黴味了。 5..當地説西班牙語，英語交流還是有點難度的。 6. 酒店裡蚊子還是挺多的，被咬後又痛又癢。不過這邊的度假酒店都這樣，蚊子是避免不了的。 7.酒店的餐飲很棒。
