放鬆的好地方。工作人員超級友好,在我遇到飛機問題時,給了我很多幫助,允許我使用自己的手機。那裏的傢伙只是放鬆一下,態度很好。食物很好,新鮮海鮮的價格也不錯沿着水邊有美麗的日落。由於漲潮和海膽/海****,這不是最好的游泳區,但非常適合放鬆和讓海風離開海洋。海豚之旅的獨特屬性(而男生會乘船過來,向你詢問其他任何旅遊項目,有趣的體驗)。

Jambo jambo We took our honeymoon here & what can we say. It was perfect for us. Hotel- basic, very clean & constantly being improved, mended expanded. Food- delicious, well cooked & nicely presented. (Dinner hall can be a little warm but what do you expect in a hot country like this) Pool- the natural spring water (big one) was lovely. Nice, quiet & relaxing. A few bugs around but nothing that will hurt you. We didn’t use the small one. The Beach/coral- great if you like to walk & look at sea life. (Take water shoes as it can be hard on your feet) The bars- all served a good selection of drinks, cocktails, sprits & soft drinks. The wine is lovely too. Staff- very attentive but not over the top. The Masi are great, they have great knowledge of the island, sea life & nature. Normally only want to chat, some may try & sell you bits, but if you don’t want to chat to the a polite no thank & they will leave you to your business. Joy from guest relations is lovely & very knowledgeable about the island & its culture. Nothing apart from the drinks is cold here. Which is understandable as you are in one of the hottest countries on earth. Please do your reach on the country. It’s is not a luxurious place & there are bits, places & parts of the island that are run down, not as well kept as you maybe used to. I have found a few reviews on here to be rather offensive. In fact very rude & arrogant about the island, its people & culture. Shame on them. Asante sana to all.

All staff at resort went above & beyond our expectations and all catering staff prepared an amazing dinner with decorations & birthday cake. Everything from the food to drinks and the facilities were excellent. Everyone is so friendly and always had a smile which made a difference to our holiday. Thank you to all staff, especially Nasoor,Yusuf,Antonio Maria,Zorrro,George.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 6 giorni con mia moglie in una delle stanze di Shanuo a Zanzibar dopo una settimana di safari in Tanzania. Abbiamo scelto di non soggiornare in resort e puntare su una location più immersa nella realtà locale. La scelta non poteva essere migliore, ci siamo pentiti di non aver fatto 1/2 giorni in più! La stanza non é troppo spaziosa ma ha tutto il necessario. La terrazza e la vista spiaggia / mare sono impagabili! Si ha accesso diretto al mare da Shanuo con l'alta marea e la struttura dispone di vari lettini e materassi fronte mare per rilassarsi e prendere il sole. La zona, Pingwe, non è troppo turistica, a meno della presenza del celebre ristorante The Rock. Si sta in estrema pace. Ci sono i cosidetti ”beach boys” ma non sono fastidiosi ed insistenti. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, fra le migliori di Zanzibar. Le maree, che si susseguono in due cicli giornalieri, non costituiscono un problema. Con la bassa marea si creano fantastiche piscine naturali. La zona retrostante le strutture sulla spiaggia è occupata da case di locali, i quali non arrecano fastidi o problemi ai turisti ma, anzi, fa sentire maggiormente immersi nella realtà locale. Ci sono tre buone alternative a scelta per la colazione (salata, yogurt e musli, frutta pancake), accompagnate da biscotti, latte, succo, caffè, tea e torta. Le quantità sono più che giuste, evitando gli sprechi dei classici buffet. La struttura non ha ristorante ma sulla spiaggia ci sono almeno 3-4 ristoranti validi, in particolare di fianco a Shanuo c'è il ristorante ”The Wishing Tree” (mix di cucina locale, italiana e internazionale), dove abbiamo cenato divinamente 5/6 sere con sconto per i clienti Shanuo del 15%. Ultimo ma non per importanza, lo staff e la manager, Gillian. Lo staff è composto da ragazzi locali, estremamente disponibili e professionali, tra cui, si vede, c'è un ottimo clima. Gillian è fantastica, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità dei clienti, soprattutto per organizzare tour ed escursioni grazie ai ragazzi di fiducia della struttura e dare consigli customizzati sulla base delle proprie priorità. Prezzo e rapporto qualità / prezzo imbattibili.

體驗真的很差,入住的時候反覆交涉了一小時,確定了好幾遍要前台幫我們預訂看海豚她回答已經定好了要早上六點出發,我們早上五點起床六點到大堂結果她忘記幫我們預訂了,讓我們白起那麼早而且沒看到海豚,反而“道歉”的時候矢口否認自己做錯了,對待亞洲客人道歉態度極差。經理也站服務員,反而不相信客人,客人有必要早起來撒這個謊嗎?對待白人唯唯諾諾,對待亞洲人非常傲慢,中國人慎重考慮吧,態度明顯存在種族歧視。We flew for more than 20 hours from China to see dolphins in Zanzibar. When we checked in (Room 120 & 123) on the first day(Oct,4), we repeatedly confirmed with the hotel front desk that we needed to book a dolphin watching activity for us on the morning of October 6. At that time, she replied We were ”already booked” and told that ”we need to leave early at six to see the dolphins”. So, we got up at around five o'clock in the morning on October 6th, and when we arrived at the hotel lobby at six o'clock, we found that there was no driver waiting for us. After asking, I found out that the staff member who checked us in that day did not help us book dolphin watching activities, and there was no way he could help us arrange to go out to sea to see dolphins that day. After that, she came to the restaurant to ”apologise” to us, but she still lied and insisted that we didn't tell her that we needed to book the dolphin watching activity. If that was the case, then why did we get up at five o'clock and meet in the hotel lobby. We felt that this ”apology” was not sincere. It was clearly the hotel staff's fault but she lied and blamed the fault on the guests. It’s not that we can’t forgive she’s mistakes, but we feel that we as guests are not respected by this way of apology. If a group of white people encountered such a problem, would the hotel staff still apologize in this way? Subsequently, we contacted the female employee's supervisor. He only agreed with his employee and did not give us a solution to the problem or a substantive apology. The hotel's staff management style and attitude towards customers who came from afar made us very disappointed. We felt the discrimination against Asians, which made us very uncomfortable, and we will not choose the residence hotel brand again when traveling to other countries and islands in the future.
