The property is located mid island to provide you the convenience of a short drive to all beaches. Christiansted Boardwalk is only a 5 minute drive away! The tap water is rainwater, filtered, and 100% drinkable. Utilities are included. There is a full-size refrigerator and gas stove. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. All linens and beach towels are included. Welcome to Crucian Seclusion 3 located in Orange Grove, Christiansted. At 1260 sq. ft. this spacious three bedroom, two bath apartment sits on the entire top, 2nd. floor of the triplex. The living room is set with a sectional and large Roku TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen provides a refrigerator freezer with ice maker and door dispenser, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and so on. Also, there are 2, four-seater kitchen tables spread between the kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom provides a king bed, Roku TV and ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a queen bedl and a smart TV. All bedrooms and living area can be air conditioned. The hall bath comes with a tub and shower head as well as a bidet attachment on the toilet. You'll have the security of being in a fenced-in, gated residence with only three units. All water on the property is 100% safe and drinkable. All of it consists of either rainwater or trucked in RO water. All of this is then put through a sediment and UV filter. There is roughly a 380 sq. ft. deck off the back. Here, you'll find a patio table with four chairs along with a few other loungers. Also, provided is the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer. I do have a dog on site. She tends to roam the yard. periodically through the day. Sellie is a young American Bulldog and is super friendly with people. There's a grocery store nearby. The Christiansted Boardwalk is a 5-minute Drive away. There you'll find some nearby nightlife as well as bars, restaurants, shops and art galleries along the water and a few blocks deep in town. There is a long stretch of beach right next to Miill Harbour where you can walk directly into the water or just take a nice walk. Mill Harbour is just 1.5 miles from the lovely town of Christiansted which boasts a beautiful harbor, many restaurants and bars. The island has much to offer including gorgeous beaches, beer drinking pigs, snorkeling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, charter fishing and amazing sunsets.Check in at 2:00. Our home away from home is a soul rejuvenating jewel. A little further down the beach to the right is Le Cuisinier. Sunday brunches, an amazing happy hour, and wonderful food. Right next door is Coral Sea Cafe & Restaurant/Bar...warm friendly atmosphere, great food and very convienent!St. Croix has the uniqueness of having a tropical rainforest on the west and a desert feel on the east side of the island. St. Croix is known for their sugar mills, there are tours available daily. If you like to play the odds, you can try your luck at Divi Casino. Our beach front condo is located in the center of the island and convenient to everything. We are 3/10 of a mile from the local grocery store and just minutes to downtown Christiansted. There you will find unique shops and open air bar/restaurants along the lively waterfront boardwalk. Also, you will find all the water fun excursions you would want including sailing, fishing, scuba, snorkeling and boating, which leave several times during the day.
