This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi detached house with a shared pool and laundry services. (There are 2 separate rental homes on the same area of land).There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable seating, 80mbps internet throughout, 130+ Claro tv channels.Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants.This is a traditional Nicaraguan town that over looks the Laguna de Apoyo, with cool refreshing breezes from the Laguna as well as magnificent views it is always a refreshing place to visit.
