烏茲別克撒馬爾罕州的3 星級飯店

前台服務非常好，還幫忙搬行李房間乾淨整潔，離火車站非常近，地下有個酒窖酒吧非常不錯，我上午趕火車來不及吃早飯，前台還幫我準備了一份早餐帶上火車吃。

The hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout. When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people). Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.

No words can say this better than the experience I had staying in Samarkhand. I was injured during transfer from Tashkent to Samarkhand. Found myself left at the curb with a sprained knee. A pickup passed by and actually helped me although it was a busy day for him. At the hotel, a pretty receptionist named Nozima was tremendously helpful. She was an angel sent to me during my 2 nights stay at Kampoeng Indonesia. Always attending and calling in on me for any needs. She assisted me with transfers, cancellations of bookings (due to my shortened trip), calling taxi for Tashkent for my trip back, calling paramedics and most of all translating all my needs into assistance, buggy call, and not to mention 3 meals a day. My gratitude also goes to the handsome pickup guy i didnt catch his name, Ulugbek the most charming buggy guy, Xofiza my morning breakfast lady, Fazila the breakfast cook, Pak Agus the dinner chef and those I couldnt name them. My travel to Uzbekistan was memorable because of these people. And yes I would say it million times, Uzbeks are nice kindred hearted people. Very helpful and curteous too. I would come back to Kampoeng Indonesia only to thank those lovely people!! Rahmat to all of you!!

飯店位於舊城區，非常方便。我們步行去了雷吉斯坦廣場、比比哈努姆清真寺，當然還有錫亞卜市場。去其他地方可以搭計程車，價格也很便宜。我們預訂了四晚，房間一次都沒打掃過。垃圾直到第三天結束才被清理。水管很舊，淋浴盤排水很慢，所以洗澡的時候腳總是濕濕的。馬桶也很難看清，因為按鈕經常卡住，然後水就一直流個不停。水和沐浴露只在入住當天提供。沒有洗髮精。有個牌子寫著，如果你覺得毛巾髒了，就丟在地上。那又怎樣？如果你不打掃房間，毛巾就一直放在那裡。總的來說，體驗很差。早餐不錯，不會餓著肚子離開。煎餅很好吃。前台的工作人員很有禮貌，總是樂於助人。 是的，房間裡的地毯有污漬，而且有霉味。 唯一的優點就是地理位置；其他方面只能說勉強可以接受。

這家酒店在撒馬爾罕的市中心。服務是真的好。前台兩位男士都很好，特別是DIYOR，他很好，陪我去旁邊的手抓飯飯店買飯，然後幫我提回酒店。雖説英文不是很標準，但人是真的善良。還有一位男士，前台的，也很好。第一天入住，中午還送小吃給我們。特好吃。我走時還留了名片給他們，歡迎他們來中國廣州，到時聯繫我。希望以後還能去撒馬爾罕，去那住上一晚。再能看到他們！

床罩很髒，上面還有奇怪的白色污漬，床單是合成纖維的，毛巾我沒用，但飯店本身是全新的！前台工作人員很友善！

Nifal is a great new hotel. I spent 3 nights there. What you see in the pictures, is what you get, even better once you see it in person. Amazingly clean, tastefully decorated, high ceiling, two bottles of water, toothbrush, sleepers, and best of all, you’re asked to take your shoes off and place it on a shoe rack by the room. How cool is that? (speaking of cleanliness) Farrux at the front desk speaks English well, very kind and helpful young man. Breakfast is plenty full and individually served at a desire time. Kitchen staff greets you with a smile every morning. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the popular tourist attraction. Couple of restaurants close by with their specialty kebab (chicken, lamb and beef), they also serve beer and wine.

от центра не далеко, до Гур Эмира и площади Регистан 5-7 минут на машине, приехали на своей машине, жаль отдельной парковки нет, вдоль дороги пришлось поставить, завтраки для небольшой гостиницы нормальные , без излишеств, но все необходимое есть. Останавливались на 1 день, поэтому качество уборки оценить не возможно, но отель сам небольшой и аккуратный.

Хороший отель,сытный и вкусный завтрак. Ресепшен всегда отлично консультирует по любым вопросам: куда сходить, как доехать, где поужинать — ребята знают всё. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо☀️

在小巷子裏，離景點古爾埃米爾寺很近，可以徒步走到，位置很方便，露台上用餐也可以遠觀，景色不錯。酒店富麗堂皇，整體裝修宮殿感覺，金光燦燦。房間不大，乾淨整潔。有牙刷等一次性用品，插座跟中國一樣，不需要轉換。沒有電梯，大件行李有些吃力。走的時候按人頭收取了旅遊税，小孩也算，每人每夜51000sum，跟攜程標註的30元一人差不多，不過有些酒店沒有收，不知道如何計價的。早餐品種比較多，相對來説算口味豐富的，用餐環境舒適。
