The hotel smelled so good right from the entrance. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. The shuttle driver David was extremely kind. He walked me to Nelson Mandela square and showed me also how to get back to the pick up area. He addressed me as “madam”. The check in was easy peasey. The young lady at check in was so helpful and kind. The concierge was beyond helpful too. The young man I forgot his name was so welcoming. Showed me how the elevator works. The restaurant staff especially the guys in the kitchen who cooked my eggs were very understanding and kind. Everyone I met at the hotel left a lasting impression on me. I do not forget the maids too. Thank you so much staff. I WILL be back! Love from the USA Rm 2201

A really enjoyable experience, lovely spotlessly clean, large, modern and new room with luxurious bedding and a superb shower. Located a 10 minute drive from OR Tambo, the only grumble is the transfer service which comes only once per hour. After a long flight the last thing you want is to wait ages for a pick up, especially when there are closer hotel options which provide more convenience. That's the only reason I would have second thoughts about staying here again, the hotel itself is superb.

I had a great experience at this hotel, which pleasantly surprised me with its close proximity to the airport. The site itself was very spacious, much larger than I had anticipated. The convenience of the location was further enhanced by the cleanliness of the premises and the friendly staff. Despite arriving after the designated check-in time due to a late flight, the staff were accommodating and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

It's a very fancy hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's super clean. The room is spacious and has an air-conditioner. It's got food and drink available even late in the night via room service.

還不錯 舒服 乾淨 價格也適中 酒店服務不錯 有bar有餐廳 還有泳池 雖然是冬天我們沒游泳 但是也很不錯了 下次再去的話 還是會定這裏入住

這是一家很棒的酒店,位置很好。入住很順利,客房服務雖然有點慢。家政服務很棒,我非常喜歡他們。設施很棒,但我不喜歡游泳池區,總是擠滿了這麼多人。其中一些甚至不是酒店的客人。這使得你躺在周圍有點不安全。我的意思是每次去廁所都必須收拾好所有的東西。游泳池區沒有空間坐下來放鬆,特別是在下午。酒吧需要很長時間才能準備飲料。女服務員/服務員很棒。我只是不喜歡退房時間。上午10點太早了,他們並不熱衷於延長一個小時。我想我不會再預訂了。安全問題。如果其他人沒有那麼多訪問酒店的機會,我不介意再住在那裏。
