All service personnel and interactions were both professional and polite, as well as courteous and friendly. The cookies provided in the evening were delicious. I was most impressed by the breakfast choices and omelettes made to order. Never have I experienced such a treat, except on a cruise ship. The manager came around and spoke with us, while we were in the breakfast area and was very friendly and nice. He asked us how our breakfast was, how we liked the hotel and our experiences during our stay. He talked to us inquiring what had brought us to town and gave us information about walking trails and local information. His wife and daughter also said hello.

酒店乾淨衛生,沒有雜亂,裝飾現代,有品味,發現前台非常有禮貌,熱情,見面和問候小時很好,因爲它給了我們免費券,要麼喝。外觀乾淨,沒有垃圾,房間很大很寬敞,肥皂和洗髮水都是從大瓶裏放出來的,味道很好聞,如果喜歡檸檬草鼠尾草。如果我再次在貝靈漢,我一定會回到這家酒店。

我本來可以選擇其他更便宜的酒店,但這家在聖誕節早上有免費早餐,所以我的注意力就在那裏。
到了房間,很冷,風扇是爲AC設置的,而且平安夜,我們不需要冷空氣。
這是第一支多米諾骨牌,它發生了一系列不幸的事件:
我試圖設置風扇加熱,但看起來只設置爲空調或風扇(吹冷空氣)。我們只是太累了,無法打電話給前台要求換一個房間。然後我的女朋友用超級熱水洗澡。她沒有打開浴室的風扇,也沒有關上門,因爲她想讓我們的房間加熱。房間裏的蒸汽變得很濃,它點燃了火警。
我跳上牀尋找復位按鈕,但在這個過程中割傷了手指,沒有沉默或復位按鈕。
我立刻打電話給辦公室,當警報關閉並解釋情況。
我爲那天晚上入住的少數客人感到難過。
酒店條件極好,是Yakima維護最好的酒店之一。
我只是想補充一下,我們人做傻事,我們所做的是傻事。我知道,如果空氣扇可以從AC安排到熱空氣,我們不會設置警報,因爲現在是12月,我們不需要房間裏的AC,只是一個想法。

距離西雅圖機場近是優點 步行可達 服務幾乎沒有 客房打掃需要預約 否則默認不做整理 水衹給兩瓶 無論住幾晚 後面都需要自費買水 除了近 真心不推薦

訪訪客用戶Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

大堂服務台的工作人員非常友好和令人愉快。
因為用的是目的地費點，所以在下面的餐廳吃了早餐，他們很友善，味道也不錯。
我喜歡這個位置，因為它比市場區域相對安全。

匿匿名用戶酒店地理位置非常好，pacific place, nordstrom, westlake centre 就在附近，shopping好方便。 10分鐘步行可以到pike market, the sphere, starbucks roastery etc。 前台禮貌專業。房間好大好乾淨，洗手間需要嘅amenities 都有提供，床同枕頭都舒服，就係個花灑水壓好差，好慢同房間裝修設計有d舊。

•西雅圖塔科馬機場汽車班車設施距離酒店約2.5英里。
•前台和管家的友好迴應使我感到滿意。
•如果您有租車,則可以在寬敞的停車場停車。但是,有停車費。
•如果沒有到市中心的交通,則可以直接直達I-5道路,然後掉下來,因此很容易找到一條不復雜的道路。(約20分鐘)
•缺點是馬桶水壓弱。
•缺點有咖啡機,但沒有咖啡壺。

交通：作為旅行而言，很方便。離公交站僅一個路口。機場衹需轉乘一次。
空間：浴室過小（如圖），其他的大小可以接受。
環境：員工友善，該有的都有。由於房間較老剛進門有一定氣味，開空調後氣味消失。下午走廊上會有一股怪味，但不影響房間。
總評：酒店硬件一般但也沒有硬傷，可住。尤其是價格比附近酒店明顯第一個檔的情況下。

SSusannachang房間很大，非常寬敞，讓人感到非常舒適。整體環境也保持得很乾淨，讓人入住時感到安心。這裡的性價比相當不錯，無論是房間的設施還是服務都非常令人滿意。我非常推介這個地方，特別是它鄰近地鐵站，交通十分便利，無論是出門遊玩還是工作，都非常方便。總之，這是一個值得選擇的住宿地點！

MMHUANG酒店就在i5高速旁邊，如果朝向不好的房間都會很吵。房間中規中矩，參考國內三星級就好，不要預期太高。同品牌國內都會升一檔，普遍現象了。停車緊張，晚上回來地庫全滿，徵得前台同意後停了殘疾位。步行到pike市場10多分鐘吧，還算方便。市區高高低低像舊金山，步行很累..
