在美國賓夕法尼亞州，設有SPA的飯店

I was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.

確實是全美最好的W 因為是新開的所以裝修很新 價格沒比美國那些老希爾頓萬豪喜來登貴多少 但強了太多 性價比非常高 以後還會來住 停車不是很方便因為酒店沒有自己的停車位衹能代客泊車

📍位置優勢直接拉滿 酒店的地理位置真的無可挑剔！步行幾分鐘就能到Reading Terminal Market，買費城奶酪牛排、逛新鮮食材都超方便；到唐人街也在輕鬆步行範圍內，想吃中餐完全不用愁，周邊餐廳、商店、交通樞紐一應俱全，出行和覓食都非常省心。 ⚠️入住細節讓人略失望 但作為萬豪品牌，房間細節的處理實在不夠到位。剛進房間發現沒有飲用水，床單上還有明顯的污漬，瞬間拉低了入住體驗。衞浴設施雖齊全，但整體維護感一般，和預期中的品牌標準有差距。 ✨整體評價 如果你主要為了方便探索費城核心區，這個位置是絕佳選擇；但如果對房間衞生和細節服務有較高期待，這裏可能會讓你有些失望。適合對位置要求高、對細節不那麼敏感的旅客。

酒店位置緊靠市政廳，在費城的downtown中心，費城市政廳是美國曆史標誌性建築，其鐘樓高度超過英國的大本鐘，可登頂參觀。酒店大廳很氣派，大理石穹窿形頂，中間玻璃通透直見天空。服務熱情禮貌。推薦。

Hotel was nice and there weren't too many people on site. We’re not the extra romantic couple, so this was a little extra for us, but we were able to spoil ourselves and relax. Breakfast was like a normal hotel complimentary breakfast buffet, but Justin served us both days and he was excellent. Spooners had many events and things to do. The bed was comfortable, however, don’t sit on the edge because you will fall, and it was sunken in the middle, so that made it a little hard to sleep in a comfortable position. Overall, great stay, great resort, and down the street from Mt. Airy ****** which was fun as well.

酒店總體來說還是不錯的，房間很大，設施也是可以的。原本想住在好時巧克力小鎮了，但沒有什麼好的酒店選擇，就選擇了離它16公裏的這裏，這裏很安靜，吃飯和購物的地方周邊都有，開車也就5~10分鐘左右。我們選擇了比較遠的中餐館"new china",味道還是不錯的，很多外國在這裏點外賣。早餐是點餐的，但需要小費。（我們每人給了2元），希望寫的這些，能幫助到住在這裏的國人。*另外，攜程首頁酒店外觀的圖片是錯誤的，根本不是白宮的那個樣子，不要被圖片欺騙哦！

酒店位置很好，就在市中心，樓下有個教堂很美。不含早餐，但酒店下樓就有個星巴克。就是服務太差，訂了帶陽台的房間，checkin是前台卻説沒有這樣的房型，而且堅持這個説法，和攜程聯繫等回覆時前台又來説有這個房型了，非常莫名其妙，入住就耽誤了快半小時，還被迫國際長途與攜程聯繫。

度假村的人都很友好和樂於助人。酒店本身是一個很棒的住宿地點;房間很乾淨,公共區域也是如此,房間本身很寬敞,(不像大多數酒店房間)會照明。食物選擇豐富,所以唯一的困難是決定在哪裏吃!鋼廠的殘餘物提供了一個有趣的環境,看到現在廢棄的鐵路線進入那些舊的鋼鐵廠真是太棒了(見附圖)。
