在菲律賓比科爾，設有Spa的飯店

我們在最後一分鐘預訂,很高興我們選擇了位於Legazpi黃金城的The Marison Hotel。房間寬敞乾淨,我真的很喜歡牀....它很乾淨,柔軟又大,感覺就像在家裏睡覺一樣。從我們入住的那一刻起,工作人員就熱情友好,樂於助人。食物很棒,餐廳的服務也很棒。酒店氛圍很好,我們真的很享受我們的住宿,我們會強烈推薦The Marison Hotel給其他人。

我們很高興它終於重新開放了。這是我們的評論： 房間 我們的第一個房間還不錯，但是空調過濾器很髒，所以我們讓工作人員清理了它。接下來，我們想出去游泳，但他們的 SDB 沒有固定在櫃子裡，所以我們不認為知道它可以被移除，那是如何「安全」的。所以我們就讓它過去吧。然後在泳池裡泡完後回去，我們洗了個澡，但瞧！排水根本不排水所以我們決定要求轉移到另一個房間。所以在隔壁房間，當你進去時，你會聞到它已經有一段時間沒有使用了。地毯上滿是灰塵，踩在腳上都能感覺到。這個房間裡，空調和浴室現在都還好。 餐廳 火山燒烤 - 以前在這裡休息是因為食物太棒了，但在我們住宿期間，食物有限，沒有肉可以燒烤😅這怎麼叫火山燒烤呢？我們點了其他食物，說實話，它很美味而且份量很大。 早餐－由於是工作日，我們預計不是自助餐，食物與以前不一樣，但仍然很豐盛。我們很享受我們的早餐。 水池 當然，飯店是欣賞馬榮景色最好的地方。沒什麼好說的，直接看照片吧。 服務 工作人員都很有禮貌。 價格 價格有點貴，他們應該先降低價格才能贏得客戶。

酒店很舒適,靠近Legaspi商業區。

有送機服務喲。早飯很好吃。雖然酒店給了我們沒有窗的四樓，當時懶得換了。但是這個季節剛好多雨！得以睡一個好覺。每天都有清潔，送兩瓶水。自助早飯真的符合我的胃口。在島上就靠這頓自助早飯了。炒粉是我的最愛，還有煎蛋，各種煎蛋。蛋餅。檸檬水也好喝。水果每天的也不一樣。早上六點就有早飯了。Wi-Fi 超快。24小時熱水是我最開心的。前台小姐姐真好看。酒店就可以馬殺雞呀。一個小時550P

trip.com預訂有點麻煩,但是之後一切都很好。沒有電梯,所以準備爬樓梯。餐廳很棒,人也那麼友善。是不錯,住的舒服的地方。

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

氛圍不錯,早餐不錯

我預訂的是3人一間房，含2份早餐，所以我原本以為只需支付額外客人的早餐費（無需加床），結果卻被要求支付額外客人的全額早餐費，而且沒有老年人折扣。我可能理解錯了，但TripAdvisor上的預訂選項也存在誤導性（2人/間房含2份早餐；3人/間房含2份早餐；3人/間房含3份早餐；我選擇了後者）。 客房服務耗時太長，超過了承諾的45分鐘。 我分配到的其中一間房的門把手壞了，由於是連通房，所以沒有維修。

The building and the amenities are good. The receptionist and security guards were helpful. My biggest problem is the noise of cleaning crew at midnight. I’m not sure if they know that the rooms are not sound proof. I reported an issue with the power turning off then on again. Took a long time to resolve it by having me transfer to another room. The room did not have a chair, so I opted to dine in for breakfast. The breakfast is in another hotel.
