The property is absolutely out of pokhara and very close to nature. To reach this place is tough but once you reach it, you will enjoy it. Awesome beautiful property. Nice polite staff and ready to help always. The swimming pool is superb. Over-all very happy

度假村在一個大坡上。環境優美，花草樹木賞心悦目。離湖邊商業區步行十分鐘。吃飯打車購物都方便，並且很安靜。整個度假村上下感覺有三四層，可以看到費瓦湖。服務人員整體服務意識強，很專業，沒有特別要小費。如果感到滿意，可以往小費箱裏放。設施齊全，每天的補給很及時。性價比超高，總體推薦。

地理位置優越。就在湖邊。房間寬敞乾淨…花園裡有漂亮的泳池和鞦韆…由於飯店旁邊就是遊樂園，所以看起來很漂亮…早餐很普通，5/10…提供早餐的人也很無趣…

Very nice hotel. Good location just a walking distance to central bus station and a big park near the lake. I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

Pokhara grandee is far from a five star property. It is at best a 3 star property. The description in makemytrip is absolute bogus, wi booked the hotel for the only reason for bathtub and it dis not have bathtub in the premium room category although it said it does. The breakfast is ordinary and the coffee served at breakfast is nescafe sachets in hot water. Machine coffee is chargeable which is a joke. The distance mentioned in mm t is given 990mtrs which is also a lie as the hotel is approx 3 kms away from the lake.

第一天在飯店住得很失敗，所以我就想著如果不好就搬走。 我非常喜歡它，所以我在那裡呆了 10 天:) 游泳池很漂亮，所以我認為這對家庭來說是一個好地方。

酒店性價比還不錯。但肯定不是4星。房間沒有保險箱,沒有一次性拖鞋。但是牀不錯,陽台很棒。早餐到9.30,很簡單。Americano只提供額外收費,服務一般正常,但沒什麼突出的,誠實地表示是3星就更正確了,然後現實會符合預期。

這家度假村真是個隱藏的寶藏！雖然天氣陰沉，但我們很幸運地欣賞了日出時分群山的壯麗景色。除了令人驚嘆的美景，Raniban Retreat 的服務也堪稱五星級——員工熱情友好，隨時準備提供協助。房間寬敞舒適，食物美味可口，而且泳池在冬天也開放！我還能享受一下冰爽的泳池！我們一定會再入住。

老闆在韓國工作,所以他對韓國人很好:)那時,我要求早餐很早,但是由於日程安排,我吃得很好,徒步旅行^^謝謝!!
