從頭到尾都很完美。除了良好的基礎設施之外，工作人員也非常專業和友善。他們會提供很多很好的建議，他們會預測您的需求，並且會加倍努力。餐廳（我們體驗了早餐和晚餐）很美味。一切都是自製的（果醬、冰沙……），味道鮮美，調味得宜。很少提及的是，我們還沒有發現任何缺點。最後但並非最不重要的一點是，對於這種舒適度和這種服務水準來說，價格是合理的。簡而言之，我們強烈推薦這家精品豪華酒店（僅 25 間以上客房），它是一顆真正的隱藏寶石。

4-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap. But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)! The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude. So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

我住過的最好的酒店之一。工作人員非常棒，特別是在接待處工作的女孩們。每個請求都得到了滿足，我們可以提前入住，也可以延遲退房。 餐廳的食物有一些價格合理的菜餚，我也喜歡他們的早餐（附註：嚐嚐他們的香蕉香草冰沙；-)）。游泳池邊也很漂亮，雖然不是我見過的最大的，但有足夠的地方游泳和享受水上樂趣。 前往市中心的免費接駁車也是一個優點，因為飯店離酒吧街不是很近，但即使預訂計程車也很便宜。 我100%推薦

我必須給這家酒店五星級好評！從我踏入大廳到退房，整個體驗都完美無瑕，完全超出我的預期。 我一進門，前台工作人員就熱情地迎接我，臉上總是掛著友善的笑容。辦理入住手續快速高效，他們還耐心地向我介紹了酒店設施的位置，並推薦了附近的景點和餐廳，讓我立刻感到賓至如歸。 房間更是讓我驚喜不已。整體裝潢簡約而不失優雅，而且一塵不染——就連角落都找不到一絲灰塵。最讓我印象深刻的是寢具：床墊軟硬適中，被子和枕頭蓬鬆柔軟，觸感親膚舒適。我平常對床很挑剔，但這次卻睡得格外香甜。浴室乾濕分離的設計也很合理，盥洗台寬敞整潔。熱水供應迅速穩定，盥洗用品品質優良，使用起來非常舒適。 第二天的早餐也令人驚喜。餐廳乾淨明亮，食物種類極為豐富。既有粥、麵條等中式菜餚，也有麵包、培根、水果等西式選擇。所有食材都很新鮮，而且補充及時，能夠充分滿足不同客人的口味。我的孩子每天中午都想吃泡麵，飯店餐廳的工作人員還貼心地幫忙煮——真是太周到了！ 這次入住體驗堪稱完美。我已經向朋友推薦了這家飯店，下次來我一定還會選擇這裡！

神仙酒店，很難有這樣評價，服務堪稱神級，每個人都會微笑彬彬有禮，從外面返回酒店服務員都會第一時間送上冰水和毛巾，房間面積不小，典型東南亞風格。不足之處是位置距離鬧市區稍遠，但是很安靜，另外早餐沒有什麼特別之處，不過都無傷大雅。還有一個吐槽的地點，酒店的中國人密度很高，當然不是錯，衹是有些中國人大晚上大吵大鬧，關門聲音巨大，川渝口音的，素質極低。

◾️總結 除了蟲子，這飯店簡直完美。 ◾️入住條件 - 一月入住 - 女士入住3晚，約12,000日圓。 ◾️位置 - 步行約10分鐘即可到達酒吧街和舊市場 - 附近有很多餐廳，住在這裡不會有任何麻煩。 ◾️服務 ・入住和退房均需手動辦理 ・服務方面沒有特別麻煩的地方 ◾️便利設施 ・便利設施包括梳子、牙刷、水壺、吹風機（品質很差）、即溶咖啡、瓶裝水等。 ・浴室提供洗髮精和護髮素合一的洗髮水，沐浴乳和洗手液合一的沐浴露。 ・沒有潤膚露、拖鞋等。 ・大廳有飲水機。 ◾️房間 ・單人入住雙人房，感覺很舒服。 ・建築比較老舊，所以不太乾淨，但已經打掃過了。 ・無線網路有點問題，但還能用。 ・水壓和水溫都沒什麼問題。 ・蟲子很多，這確實是個問題，所以我們需要採取措施以防被咬。 ・行李箱裡滿是蟎蟲。

住在酒店4晚。一切都很喜歡-房間乾淨,每天打掃衛生,早餐很棒,游泳池有,但是因爲每天有遊覽,從來沒有使用過。 酒店絕對推薦。晚上可以在非常近的酒吧裏散步,甚至不需要,都是步行的 工作人員非常友好 而且,這個國家本身留下了最好的回憶🌹

Sala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel. The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed. As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved. The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

整體環境優美的一個度假村，雖然位置稍微偏僻，但也正因如此更讓人感到恬靜舒適。 早餐味道不錯，點餐+自助模式混合，咖啡沖得很好喝。 房間方面是個比較明顯的扣分項，可能由於開業時間有一定年頭的緣故，房間內部設施裝潢稍顯老舊，且衞生存在明顯問題，軟墊上有很多蟎蟲，窗台上躺了一會兒就感到身上奇癢無比，皮膚明顯泛紅；建議酒店房間要做一下消殺清潔，及時更換軟墊與墊套。 入住第二晚參加了露天晚宴，本地菜式味道不錯（感覺可能一定程度上中和了遊客的口味），舞蹈節目很有特色，衹可惜上菜節奏較慢，整體稍顯拖沓。 蠻喜歡酒店自帶的按摩室（一整棟樓），空間很大很舒適，就是可能性價比較低；我本人沒去體驗暹粒街邊的按摩店所以可能不具參考價值。 總的來説房間衞生是個很大的問題，單憑這一點就足以勸退，其餘體驗尚可。
