Very good customer service and clean and cozy hotel.

Buongiorno, la camera, per essere un 4 stelle molto piccola (tutto calcolato piccolo bagno posto da mettere le valige piccolo, letti buoni il servizio buono (a colazione una persona che correva avanti e indietro per servire tutti) non abbiamo mangiato il hotel ma siamo andati in ristoranti, non siamo in Alto Adige.

Честно говоря отель на 4 звезды не тянет. Звукоизрляция очень плохая. Слышно, как разговаривают люди в соседнем номере и очень большой шум из коридора. Также горничные ломятся в номер, хотя на двери я вешал бирку с просьбой не беспокоить.
