在印度德里，設有SPA的飯店

離地鐵站Aerocity(步行15-20分鐘)不遠,那是機場的下一站。但外面的區域看起來躲躲閃閃。可能有點難找到地方,因爲谷歌地圖不知道那家酒店(尋找附近的Hotel Ambrosia)。晚餐(含價格)真的很好吃。由於提前退房沒有機會嘗試早餐。

酒店的風格和一般酒店不同，黑色的裝飾比較多，燈光也比較柔和，讓人感覺很舒服。酒店比較新，所以設施、環境還是不錯的。早餐主要是印度餐，也有麪包，咖啡總體還不錯！

1. 房間價格與實際支付金額不符。 2. 房間清潔度欠佳。椅套陳舊破損。 3. 冰箱冷凍效果不佳，且非常老舊。 4. 保險箱無法上鎖，因為裡面沒有電瓶。 5. 工作人員在將房間交付給客人時，應檢查房間的清潔度、冰箱、保險箱等電器是否齊全，以及臥室設施是否完好。房間陳舊，不值每晚3600泰銖的價格。

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

由于我在印度的停留时间比原计划长，所以在抵达前我分别预订了这家酒店的三个房间。我总共住了九晚。在预订备注中，我询问是否可以全程入住同一间房。我预订的是一间泳池景观双床房。 抵达酒店后，我再次提出同样的要求，前台工作人员也确认可以安排同一间房。 然而，我被安排的房间只有一张床，而且正对着一个施工工地。后来我自己发现泳池正在翻修。房间的窗户上还有一条很大的裂缝。我向酒店工作人员反映了这些问题，并要求换房，他们说会在指定时间安排人来帮我换房。但最终并没有人来。他们也没有道歉。 入住期间，我的房卡被停用了两次（可能是因为我之前预订了多个房间），房门出现故障，保险箱也两次无法使用，电视信号也两次中断。临近退房时，我挂了“请勿打扰”的牌子，但还是收到一封邮件和一个响个不停的电话，反复询问我是否确定不需要客房清洁服务。 总的来说，虽然这次入住体验不算糟糕，但我觉得因为一些小问题与工作人员进行了太多不必要的沟通。

離德里機場大約10分鐘車程，飯店內設施齊全，就是基本四星飯店該有的都有。唯獨飲水的部分我需要特別告知，它們是使用可回收玻璃瓶裝水，這對需要確保飲水安全的旅客而言不太友善，特別這是在印度，提供礦泉水還是比較好。 另外退房時，飯店服務人員還趁勢推銷了會員卡方案，還引導我去刷卡，問題是我不需要這個東西，讓我覺得怎麼處處都想趁機收我錢

与机场城其他四星级/五星级酒店相比，雅乐轩酒店的房间舒适宽敞。我住过四家这样的酒店。 早餐种类丰富，素食和非素食客人都能找到合适的选择。餐厅也很漂亮。下次我想试试他们的寿司餐厅。 唯一的问题是晚上有点吵。可能是附近有夜总会之类的。我对噪音比较敏感，所以晚上睡得比较浅，也比较难入睡。不过除了这一点，其他方面都很好。

飯店地理位置優越，但需要大量改進。從辦理登機服務來看，人員短缺。房間有點舊，有異味 廁所狀況不佳。他們提供的水質就是房間裡的一些普通過濾水。不提供瓶裝水。房間裡的床鋪太小，只能容納小孩。即使在要求臥舖至少為正常尺寸之後。當有人打電話給負責人時，他詢問客人我們只有這個，並詢問您是否需要它。這種語言是不可接受的。這不是五星級飯店。 Trip.com 或飯店提供虛假訊息，這是騙局

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Delhi! The buffet was excellent — both I and my 7-year-old son, who is quite selective with food, found plenty of dishes we truly enjoyed. We also really appreciated the airport transfer service. When we were meeting my mother in the evening, the driver was incredibly attentive, stayed with us the entire time, and even guided us on where to stand to best see her coming out of the terminal. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool — but that’s a perfect reason to come back!
