訪訪客用戶Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

BBomford-Glaysher環境超級適合參觀景點,酒店是一座美麗的歷史建築。現代的spa很好用,但我們發現房間很基本,可以重新煥發活力,非常失望,房間裏沒有熱飲製作設施。 我們的房間費用包括早餐,我們對此非常失望一切都在油脂中游泳,黑布丁和土豆羅斯蒂煮得太多,所以我們無法完成餐點。 停車場每晚7英鎊,但事先沒有意識到這一點。 我們可能會再次入住,但會升級到建築物舊部分的房間,不會吃熟的早餐。

訪訪客我們預訂了,我的兒子和女兒剛剛完成考試,他們升級了。我們有狗,我們的房間很好,門打開到大綠地,你可以坐在外面。在前夕它很忙,因爲有一個舞會和另一個功能,服務在餐館裏很慢。我在接待處與主管交談,解釋了我們遇到的問題,她不能更樂於助人 - 我們提供了飲料和午餐,作爲抱歉,這是一個很好的姿態。我們肯定會回來。

DDONG這家酒店是我英倫之行中性價比最高的酒店，非常超值！房間很大，牀和枕頭都很舒服，設施齊全，免費停車，早餐也超棒！其實應該是一家古老的莊園改造的，花園超級大，使我想起來唐頓莊園。前台的小哥哥超幽默，表情豐富極了。
