在英國沃裡克郡，設有Spa的飯店

工作人員非常友好熱情，我們到達時房間一塵不染，設施齊全。房間確實有點霉味，但畢竟是老建築，所以並沒有影響我們的入住體驗。我們在休息室酒吧用餐，食物很美味，工作人員也很棒。我們要求入住安靜的房間，入住期間完全沒有聽到任何噪音，度過了一段寧靜的時光。飯店內有一條自然步道，傍晚散步很愜意，周圍環境優美。下次我還會選擇入住這裡。

這家酒店環境優美,環境完美,離雅芳河畔斯特拉特福德很近。唯一的缺點是用餐時間左右。早餐用品需要更好的管理或餐廳經理。物品經常運行非常低的t9耗盡,Manu客人不得不不斷要求丟失的物品。 其次,婚禮派對/客人穿過一個早餐室到達婚禮儀式室。客人被帶到早餐室,酒店客人在那裏仍在完成早餐。這個房間應該保持獨立,酒店客人有空間和時間享受早餐。我們搬到酒吧區,但更糟的是,人們在上午11點之前堆放飲料! 如果酒吧要開放,那麼將婚禮客人引入一個區域,而不是干擾入住酒店的客人。我們感到非常不舒服,好像我們侵入了他們。 我想做的另一點是關於宣佈婚禮信息的女士應該對工作人員更有禮貌。我聽到一個突然的命令,要移動一個項目。這是粗魯和不可接受的,特別是在客人或任何人面前,因爲這個問題,更不用說讓涉案工作人員感到尷尬。 所有的工作人員都很可愛,我只是認爲他們會從一些訓練或指導中受益,以經營組織良好的早餐室。晚餐很棒,只是有點混亂,有時慢。需要更細心一點 水療和游泳池是美妙的。 總的來說,我們度過了一個非常美好的住宿,我們的房間非常棒! 我肯定會再回去..只是僱用更多的工作人員,如果需要的話,季節性。

房間在頂樓，是典型的英式閣樓改造的，視野很受限，除此之外都還OK，尤其是餐廳的服務很棒，早上因為趕時間，餐廳的女士幫我臨時準備些食物，很棒，感謝

酒店地點很好是在郊區的一個高爾夫球場,離公路都很近但是必須要開車。唯一可以投訴的地方就是早餐真的做得很爛別的都挺好的

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

不錯的酒店,但是空調在早上工作正常,所以在晚上我們不得不打開窗戶。睡眠不合適,因爲房間在一樓。那天晚上我們沒有問酒店,因爲我們認爲它通常在英國。

這家酒店是我英倫之行中性價比最高的酒店，非常超值！房間很大，牀和枕頭都很舒服，設施齊全，免費停車，早餐也超棒！其實應該是一家古老的莊園改造的，花園超級大，使我想起來唐頓莊園。前台的小哥哥超幽默，表情豐富極了。
