Near Spanish square, so the location for New Years Eve is OK. Decent breakfast, clean room and bathroom. Mini bar is just small bottle of water, bed is not very comfy. Location is good but not for NY eve. No rooftop bar or access to roof. No view from rooms to Spanish square/fountain and hotel bar was closed for NY eve - midnight drinks. Just a dinner from 8 till 9Pm. We were lucky to find a spot in near by bar, but it's not easy wit no reservation. Fan in the room works like old engine, not possible to sleep when it's on. Opening window is a no go due to noise from the street and it's too warm in the room to sleep in December, I wonder how does it look in summer. TV doesn't work (statics) on upper floors and wi-fi is a joke - breaking connection each 2 minutes. It's just another hotel with no ”I would like to come back” feeling.

This was the cheapest option when we went to Barcelona so we weren't expecting much. It's actually pretty good. It's more of a budget hotel than a hostel, you'd see people from different age groups. During breakfast you'd see old people as well as children. So if you're looking for a party hostel this isn't the place. There's a bar downstairs though and it's quite easy to meet people there if you're traveling alone. The area is great too, close to the metro station and a number of attractions. lots of places to eat nearby. there's a mini mart just across the street. Facilities were great, rooms were kept clean. Wifi was good. The buffet breakfast was pretty good too and i'd say it's fairly priced. There are washers and dryers in the basement if you need to do your laundry, you just need coins to operate em. If you don't have coins you could easily get some at the reception. Which brings me to the only complaint i'm going to make. At night there's frequently a long line at the reception. The hostel needs to hire more people to man the reception at night.

The location was excellent and I felt very safe when out for a run in the early morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast and it was perfectly acceptable -- nothing spectacular but no problems either. The shower in particular was a problem in that it drained poorly, was very slippery when wet (see: drained poorly), and caused a lot of flooding on the floor of the main bathroom, which increased the slippery danger. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the staff leaving an extra pillow in the armoire if we wanted it.

Please do not live in this hotel, it’s basically not in Barcelona, you have to take the public transportation up to 1 hour to get to Barcelona by transferring at least twice. The wi-fi is too unstable to even watch youtube video. Most importantly, some staff are NOT capable of their jobs. On the first day I came here, I called the reception and asked about the laundry fee, a Tall Thin old man told me and emphasized twice that the laundry fee is included in the room and said they would ask people to pick up my clothes. However, nobody came. When I called again, a middle-aged woman told me that I have to drop the clothes in the reception because they don’t have time for me now. As she said, I went down with my bag of clothes. However, an old man in the reception said I should not give them the clothes but to leave in my room. But they can ask people to drop the clothes in my room and then took them to the laundry. What a mess! When I picked up my laundry I was surprised that there was a long bill since the guy in reception clearly said the lauded was in the room fee. And when I went to the reception and asked, the girl with long blond hair confront with me and acted very condescending. To quote exactly what she said ‘No, you must misunderstood, you room even did not include the breakfast, it came with nothing, only the wi-fi. Laundry fee is not in the room, everyone knows!’ I explained patiently multiple times and asked her to maybe ask her college because I didn’t tell a lie but she rolled her eyes and literally said ‘I can’t do anything, if you don’t understand, you go ask my boss’ and pointed to the boss (an old man stand right besides her talking to another customer). Before I opened my mouth, this girl talked in Spanish to her ‘boss’ first and the old guy frowned. I was pretty sure she tell the truth. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay the laundry, but I have to check what I heard. The way these staff did their jobs and solve problems were one hundred percent unprofessional and annoying. I love traveling in Barcelona but these few people just made our impression on Spanish hotels go down.

Location is fabulous. Its right beside a mall so you can shop and eat there for most anything you need. However if you wanted to be right in the city, you need to take an uber or taxi. The hotel can arrange that. The food is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The rooms were clean, but the beds were hard and uncomfortable with really really bad pillows that were soooooo flat and uncomfortable. They could use replacing!

This is an airport hotel in an industrial area for when you need a place to stay before your flight. I gave this place a 2 out of 5 because the staff were very nice, the room was soundproof, and the mattress felt new. Otherwise, I would have rated it lower. The room was without wifi coverage, wifi only worked in the lobby. Kind of a pain when you want to check flight status and messages. The room was somewhat clean but the pictures on this page appear to have been taken many years ago, because everything in old and worn out. The general lobby, elevator foyers and high traffic areas were downright dirty. I didn't eat at the hotel but we had coffee, It didn't appear that others were enjoying the food offered on buffet. For the price, this place was not a very good value.

房間新裝修的 洗浴設備很舒服 水很大 附近一條街有很多小吃店 走路大概七八分鐘 竟然都是中國人開的小店 和店老闆聊了説整條街的餐館 雜貨店 麪包店 都是中國人開的 麪包加咖啡兩歐起 酒店樓下有餐館 附上餐館的菜單 還是附近小吃街的小店便宜又好吃 回到説酒店 酒店的接送機服務還是很省心方便的

We arrived at the hotel, the reception staff informed us of the works going on at the hotel which meant that our stay would be dusrupted. They were apologetic for our inconvenience, as annoying as this was as it was not stated on the website ( *******) when we booked, it could not be helped at this point and atleast our room was modern and updated, a comfortable place to sleep was really important. And the room was great, lovely bathroom and shower, big flatscreen tv and memory foam beds. We had a comfortable stay in our room. Building works begin daily around 10am and it is noisy if you plan on being in your room after that. Skip the breakfast, the breakfast room is in the basement and its damp and murky. Not worth it. Go out and get your food. There is no gym either at this point as there is more renovations. No terrace restaurant either. Reception staff very kind and attentive. At this point the inconvenience of staying in a hotel with so much works going on could be forgiven because of the lovely staff and comfortable room. Here's where it went really downhill and was completely unacceptable: the main reason for selecting this hotel in particular was the availability of a pool. This was important as it was a city trip and we know the temps are very hot this time of year, its nice to spend timepoolside. On our last day we made our way to the pool area to enjoy a last swim and a bit of sun before our checkout time. It was quiet, only us and a few other kids but lovely. We enjoyed our last few minutes we had in the sun on the loungers. Until we heard a voice shouting at us, I mean really screaming ” what are you doing here?!?! The pool is closed! The door is closed!!!! You cannot be here!!! ” This lovely lady, her name was Mar I believe continued her tirade until we said stop shouting at us. This behavior was absolutely not accetable coming from hotel staff and very upsetting. She continued shouting and her tirade. We said the door was not locked and there was no sign saying the pool was closed, how would we know not to be here? More and more shouting from this person and we told her again if guests should not be here to put a sign with pool hours, it would resolve the issue and no need to shout at paying guests who actually paid a lot of money to stay at a hotel that is half a building site. This encounter was truly unacceptable. Sad really because all of the reception staff and housekeeping were nice, polite, attententive. One vile person ruined our stay.
