匿匿名用戶My wife and I went for a staycation there for two nights, we didn't have a good experience regarding restroom, it was winter, after check in, went for shower but water heater wasn't work properly, either it's too hot or cold, and pressure fluctuating, i called the reception, they suggested me to put water controller on centre to get warm water, but it didn't work then i called them again and requested to change the room but it was negative, though they sent repair personal, which wasted our time. The repair personnel were quite unprofessional, his shoe wasn't clean, so made the washroom floor dirty, though they mop later, but i felt it's unhygienic, after fixing the water issue, the next day it came back again, the water issue was never solved properly. To note the washroom floor is quite slippery due to the wrong floor tiles choice, other than that staycation was average, hope the management will improve matters, at last thanks to them for letting us delay check out and airport transportation.
