這座硫黃山位於日本北海道釧路，是阿寒湖國立公園裡的一個自然景點，對遊客免費開放，也是釧路出發的阿寒湖旅遊巴士的一個停靠點。硫黃山是一座仍在活動的火山，上面有多處噴發口在冒出還有硫磺的蒸汽，整個山谷瀰漫著硫磺的氣味。這個硫黃山景點的特點是，遊客可以靜距離觀看硫磺噴發口，最近的地方甚至不到一米。從停車場到景點最遠位置，遊玩一下最多需要半個小時。停車場上有商店，可以購買商品，也可以免費上衛生間。
