這次帶家人一團7人去富國島玩，住離機場15分鐘左右車程富國島鉑爾曼酒店(Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort) ，因為有提早email告知酒店我們需要接駁車接我們回酒店（機場接駁有時間表），所以我們一出機場就找酒店機場櫃台，結果問了一圈目前酒店沒有固定櫃台在機場，就只有一位非常親切的工作人員推一台機場推車擺放酒店的名字。接駁車很新很舒適，一到酒店有簡單迎賓飲料，工作人員過來辦理入住與介紹渡假村設施活動。 因為這次有email告知這趟旅行是慶祝生日，酒店就幫我們房間小小佈置，還送了一個蛋糕，非常開心！ 我們在酒店走動員工們見到我們都會親切打招呼，Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort有自己的沙灘，除了泳池可戲水外，還可以到沙灘踏浪。除了飯店的套房外，還有附泳池的VILLA房型，算是相當完善的度假村。度假村也提供專人駕駛的高爾夫球車接送服務，去沙灘，活動都不是問題。 整體渡假村硬體算完善，如果只想呆在渡假村享受Me time算是非常好的選擇。

地理位置不錯哦，就在富國大世界附近，酒店有tutu車隨時接送。 check-in的時候有welcome drink. 員工會有很多酒店的介紹，也會收取按金，所以入住辦理需時要久一點點。 房間衞生乾淨、舒適。員工態度很不錯👍 最正的是設施配套齊全：酒店有大泳池、私人沙灘🏖️、小童遊樂室、餐廳、酒吧等。自助早餐品種算是比較多樣的。我們提前預約了酒店免費去機場的班車，早上6點出發，酒店很貼心的會讓我們提前訂好外帶早餐、也會在當日5點多打電話確認是否起床。服務很周到細心。

非常不錯的酒店，酒店有免費接送到機場的班車，距離機場，打車9-15分鐘，設備比較新，游泳池超級大，而且兩邊有餐飲，游泳完，可以直接吃飯。綠化很好，午餐和晚餐也可以在酒店解決了。服務一流，真的體驗到賓至如歸，帶孩子住了三個晚上，都很舒服，白天去了，北部的大世界和動物園，第三天回國，從酒店過去一路順利 從這邊去，KING KONG MART也很近

Good to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

優點： 如果你衹是想找個安靜的地方“純躺平”，不考慮出行和周邊配套，這家酒店的性價比確實還可以。富國島北部環境安靜，適合放鬆發呆。 不足與提醒： 1. 位置非常偏遠 酒店在富國島北部，周邊基本沒有餐飲和配套，出行極不方便。想吃點當地美食幾乎不可能，打車去任何地方都很遠，交通成本高。 2. 接機服務需留意 酒店提供的接機其實是免費機場大巴，有固定發車時間。如果你錯過了班次，就衹能自己打車前往酒店，費用約人民幣100元。建議提前確認好航班時間是否匹配。 3. 房間選擇很關鍵 我住的一樓房間（1106）景觀一般，基本看不到什麼。建議大家儘量選高層海景房，視野會好很多。 4. 設施問題未妥善處理 房間洗手枱漏水兩天，期間向酒店反映，但最終沒有任何補償或實質性處理，這一點體驗很差。 總結建議： · 適合人羣：對位置無要求、衹想安靜休息、不打算外出的“純躺型”旅客。 · 不適合人羣：希望出行便利、周邊有配套、重視服務響應的旅客。 · 如果選擇入住，請務必確認接機時間、儘量訂高層海景房。

酒店環境靚，食物水準好好，酒店食嘢價錢唔貴，覺得比出邊平，酒店泳池有得租借小朋友嘅潛水玩具，好好玩！非常值得推介嘅酒店，陽光與海灘，外面有沙灘，有救生員，如果太大浪會顯示唔俾落水，逢星期六泡泡party小朋友好開心，每日三點至四點有免費朱古力噴泉同埋生果提供

很棒的酒店，前台妹妹中文很棒，泳池很棒，早餐和豐富。值得推薦

酒店大堂寬敞開揚, 服務員態度有禮友善. 酒店泳池很大(有3個),還有泡泡派對. 泳池對出就是私人沙灘, 可以暢泳, 谩步睇日出和夕陽. 晚上還有沙灘火舞表演(免費). 酒店位置十分理想, 正前方過馬路便有小型夜市, 方便揾, 按摩, 有超市(KingKong). 就算call Grab只需15分鐘車程便到市中心. 酒店早餐美食多選擇(中,韓,西,越, 印口味), 食物質素很好. 房間整潔, 有露台可以曬衫. 冷氣足夠凍. 酒店包機場免費接送巴士. 但需要提前一天預约. 車程距離機場大概15-20分鐘. 酒店雖有翻新過, 但整體有點舊. 性價比經濟實惠.

酒店大堂很大，我們今次住villa，全程tuktuk 車免費接送到大堂，酒店提供免費shuttlebus 接送機場，需要提前兩天book，另外酒店亦提供係泳池旁BBQ BUFFET+Fire Performance +live band show提前預訂有85折，酒店職員親切友善，經過都會同你打招呼，親子友善嘅渡假村！另外仲有免費接駁巴士去動物園、樂園、富國大世界，全部景點都好近酒店，帶住小朋友比較輕鬆。酒店自助餐好多野食，不過就日日都一樣，味道正常，我哋只book了早餐。酒店設施好完善，有kids club、spa、打golf、踩單車，落雨都可以係酒店玩一日。唯獨覺得個villa living room冇垃圾筒唔方便，每日都有人來執房同清潔泳池。同埋酒店間cafe啲人唔太專業，大聲玩，出餐半個鐘，唔會主動問你要咩同介紹，有啲仲黑面。
