完美的住宿地點!

在阿斯托利亞巴拉望度假村住一晚絕對不夠！短暫的入住體驗非常棒，我真心覺得至少需要五天才能充分體驗度假村的一切——尤其是阿斯托利亞水上樂園，那裡既好玩又刺激，而且維護得非常好。整個度假村氛圍寧靜優美，無論是放鬆身心或體驗冒險之旅都非常完美。 自助晚餐非常美味－種類豐富，口味絕佳！火舞表演更是令人嘆為觀止，為夜晚增添了一抹魔幻色彩。 不過，我注意到自助早餐缺少清真食品。我只吃到了雞肉阿斗波、雞蛋和魚。大多數主菜，包括湯和熱狗，都含有豬肉，這可能會讓穆斯林或註重清真飲食的客人感到擔憂。我希望他們未來能考慮提供更多符合清真要求的餐點選擇。 特別感謝前台的 Princess Gaflu 女士熱情專業的服務，以及水上樂園的工作人員 Alonso，他盡心盡力地為我指路、拍照錄像，讓我倍感賓至如歸。他友善的態度讓我的體驗更加難忘！ 如果我之前在馬尼拉沒有其他安排，我一定會多待幾天——下次一定！對我來說，巴拉望意味著阿斯托利亞，而不是愛妮島。就是阿斯托利亞。毫無疑問，它是巴拉望省最好的住宿地點！ 迫不及待地想再回到這裡。

簡單來說飯店還不錯，但是如果住有浴缸的房型冷氣算新，但是聲音還是偏大如果是住舊房型雙床的那一種沒有訂到特別好的就會是窗型冷氣聲音會比較大建議如果要來的人可以帶耳塞，但是有一個唯一小小缺點就是飯店在退房的時候如果你超過2分鐘就會打電話來給你提醒你要check out這個觀感有點不好，因為一般五星飯店來說都會有10到15分鐘的緩衝時間並不會直接打電話給客人這個體驗不太舒服早餐用餐時間雖然到10:00但我吃到10:30還是有一些東西可以吃整體來說4.5顆🌟

優點： 我們在 Piece Lio 的住宿體驗總體不錯。飯店環境與圖片一致，單間公寓寬敞明亮，還有一個可以俯瞰雨林的迷人陽台。房間裡的戴森吹風機讓我非常滿意，長髮人士使用起來更方便。工作人員友善、有禮貌、熱情，謝謝大家！ 缺點： 房間裡有一些小問題，例如油漆脫落，百葉窗附近有小孔，這些都需要注意，尤其是對於一家新酒店來說。 最令人失望的是，雖然飯店描述中列出了健身房和水療中心，但實際上並沒有。這對每個人來說可能都不是什麼大問題，但對我們來說卻是個大問題，因為我們計劃這次旅行是為了保持健身和放鬆的習慣。相反，客人可以使用同一飯店集團旗下的設施。健身房和水療中心位於飯店外，距離市區約 15 分鐘車程。雖然飯店提供往返飯店的免費接駁車服務，但由於島上道路複雜，車程感覺比預期的要長得多。健身房很小，設備簡陋，名為 Rituals Health and Spa 的水療中心感覺有些老舊，需要翻新。 早餐很普通，不太合我們的口味。此外，由於 Lio Beach 的大多數餐廳要到上午 10 點左右才開門，所以早上能吃的菜餚有限，也帶來了一些不便。我們最終去了附近的另一家酒店餐廳 Molave，當時只有這家餐廳營業。一位工作人員錯誤地告訴我們之前還有其他選擇，這表明需要加強培訓和溝通。 另一個問題是預訂了前往某個海灘的麵包車。我們之前透過 WhatsApp 確認過，但下樓時，工作人員卻沒有記錄。值得稱讚的是，他們專業地處理了這個問題，並為我們提供了免費的單程車，以彌補不便。 總體而言： 工作人員熱情且樂於助人，但管理層需要改進溝通和培訓，最重要的是，提高線上設施清單的準確性。宣傳健身房和水療中心其實並非飯店的一部分，感覺有點誤導。飯店沒有餐廳也很不方便，尤其是當你想在飯店內快速用餐的時候。 如果飯店最終能增設水療中心和健身房，體驗會好得多。我們確實推薦朋友在航班起飛前短期入住，但如果你想要同時擁有健身和水療設施，我不建議預訂。總而言之，如果他們增設了這些設施，我會再入住！ P.S.：飯店有貓！我不喜歡貓，所以它們在樓下的大廳區域有點不舒服。

如果您想在海灘享受寧靜的住宿，這裡是絕佳的選擇。工作人員很熱情。就其價格而言，房間很寬敞。這個地方很安靜，遠離喧囂的城市。

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

The location was very nice although the coral have has all died so nothing much to see in the water. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. We had a huge issue with ants inundating the room and the deck. The restaurant food was very nice. The crab dish was very tasty, the staff were extremely good. A little more updating needs to be done.
