在摩洛哥馬拉喀什-薩菲大區，設有Wi-Fi的飯店

入住當天，很晚才到，說要一個安靜的房間，就給我送到了最裡面的一個角落，進門一看窗帘都拉不嚴，感覺更加不好了，就要求換房間。還好換房間還算處理的挺快，但是換的是樓下的房間，因為有二樓陽台的遮擋，所以採光一點都不好。吃的三餐因為早餐十點結束，所以一天都沒吃到，午餐晚餐大同小異，也沒什麼吃的，除了烤魚，一點海鮮都沒見到，圖片都是騙人的。玩的地方還算挺多，但另一個帶滑梯的泳池水是涼的，所以也衹能是擺看。

飯店環境優美乾淨，地理位置優越，早餐也不錯。但服務實在令人失望。辦理入住手續耗時極長；下午3點房間還沒準備好。我們出去散步，晚上9點回來後又等了40分鐘才辦理入住。考慮到我們已經很累了，這真不是一次愉快的體驗。前台十來個人閒逛聊天，假裝很忙，最後才排成一條緩慢移動的隊伍。他們最終為了表示歉意而為我們升級了房間，但這讓我們感覺很不好。如果這一點不影響入住體驗，我還是會推薦這家飯店的。

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. Riad Belikoss游泳池和水療中心多麼美麗,我非常推薦給所有想去摩洛哥馬拉喀什的人入住這個riad。  工作人員Heba,Marwah,Mahmod和經營這個地方的人太棒了,他們的服務很好,非常包容客人,他們以榮譽和尊嚴工作,照顧客人.....  我很感激他們如何保持房間和地方的清潔。  食物也很棒,空調房在夏季高峯期,游泳池很涼爽可以泡,休息室放鬆下來呆着看足球。😊 地方位於里亞德市中心❤️evrything就在附近。
