在入住時,忘記歡迎和歡迎飲料,我們得到了一個城市景觀房,而我們預訂了游泳池景觀(更好的景色和更多的價格)房間。(大約15,000盧比/每晚150美元)
我們被安排上下兩次檢查不同的房間。前台的工作人員盡了最大的努力提供價格較低的房間,並提供休息室的額外好處。
只有當我們放下腳,我們才得到我們支付的房間,我們只在等待1個小時後才支付。我們終於在下午6:00入住。
我從來不理解不分配支付的房間背後的邏輯。
千萬不要在季節(聖誕假期)預訂這家酒店,這個季節非常混亂。
客房服務很好。房間很乾淨。
客房享有泳池美景。
我們和他們預訂了新年池畔派對,絕對讓人失望。糟糕的音樂和平均食物和低於平均飲料選擇。
亮點是早餐,工作人員彬彬有禮。
如果你有好的交易,就呆在這裏。

I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

All the service staffs including housekeeping and bellhops etc were found to be happy in serving the quests. Special thanks to Mr Lijo for having a chat either me and also thanks for making my stay at Flora hotel a very satisfying stay even though it was only a night. I will come back to this hotel and also recommend my friends too. 👍🏽

Very nice property and well maintained.Food is very good and many option for the breakfast. The view from skybar is amazing.Stayed for 1 night and it was a nice experience.

訪訪客用戶小小溫馨的度假村。位置非常方便,船碼頭,海濱,頂級餐廳都非常步行和近。房間乾淨,有老遺產的感覺和有品味的傢俱。
工作人員非常樂於助人,特別是Sumith很好地管理早餐人羣,幫助每個人。
這個地方周圍有很多汽車,別忘了參觀附近的幾家咖啡館,以獲得舊世界的魅力和美味的食物。

訪訪客用戶I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.
