花瓣是一個美麗的,維護良好的度假村,靠近Thariode附近的主路,我強烈推薦它,原因有很多。我們在那裏住了3晚,工作人員樂於助人,很有禮貌。食物太好了,種類繁多。我們選擇了遺產房,很乾淨,充滿了所有設施,並享有山谷的美景。度假村有一個很棒的游泳池,遊戲室,水療中心和羽毛球場。總而言之,這是一個完美的住宿,很想再來。

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

海岸景酒店感覺有點陳舊,但總體乾淨,電視不起作用,但馬上修好了。自助早餐和餐廳很好吃,工作人員很熱心。
不幸的是,我沒有收到我的信用卡付款的詳細聲明在結賬。
儘管自回家以來多次電子郵件請求,但我沒有收到總額的詳細說明,所以我對我的房間收取的費用和多少感到困惑。請儘快把它附加到電子郵件中嗎?

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. Breakfast was good. A special mention to the person at the reception— courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you

Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

訪訪客用戶This place is nestled in the bylanes of fort kochi. I love the fact that they have painstakingly restored an old heritage building. I appreciate the efforts and thoughts behind it. However, other areas fall short behind by miles. I got a viceroy room with an unclean balcony with no chairs to sit over. Dysfunctional phone and television set was never fixed. Overall the room was clean and good. However, catering seems to be amiss, organizing the buffet spread with right accompaniments matters. Who would serve fried rice with curd!

訪訪客用戶I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

物業本身有很多工作要做,所以我可以理解他們正在準備一個主要的旅遊季節,可能會變得更好。游泳池很乾燥,我希望我能享受一些游泳池時間,但這並沒有發生。也許由於旅遊季節低,餐廳的菜餚選擇有限,但食物很好。工作人員非常甜美,很好,但酒店可以用客房清潔進行更徹底的升級,例如及時提供新鮮毛巾等。否則,酒店不錯,但我和家人覺得,對於我們支付的價格,我們可以得到更多的價格。儘管如此,這是一個不錯和體面的酒店,我不會保持很高的期望。位置好,員工甜美,肯定能拿到10/10。
