在美國內布拉斯加州，設有停車場的飯店

前台的紳士很親切,早上打掃衛生的女士都很友好。牀很舒服,空調工作得難以置信-那是我最大的兩個想要的。房間很安靜。我知道我們房間兩邊都有客人(我們在走廊裏見面),但你從來沒有聽到房間裏傳來的聲音。 話雖如此,浴室門後面的地板上和水槽櫃檯上都有大量的鬆散的頭髮,甚至在我的枕頭上(謝天謝地,我帶着一個枕頭從家裏直接睡在上面)。門上的額外安全鎖壞了看起來門過去是被迫打開的。最後,我女兒牀底下的地板上還有一顆藥丸一個快速的谷歌搜索說這是快速釋放的泰諾醇。雖然這對我們來說不是一個巨大的交易我的青少年不會隨意地使用酒店地板藥丸對於一個年輕的孩子旅行的人來說,這可能是一個更大的交易。 爲酒店辯護,前台服務員問我卸完冰後去拿房間是否還行,我還沒找到這些東西,我相信他們會試圖通過打掃或搬我們來幫助我們。我們都筋疲力盡了,我們只住了一晚,所以我們選擇睡覺。

這可能是一個很棒的住宿地點。我遇到的問題是Trip/Expedia。當我正在尋找一個留醫生預約的地方時,不知何故在這個特定網站上,日期最終是不正確的,我沒有注意到,因爲它在我看過的所有其他汽車旅館都是正確的,但... 我知道我必須在那裏,所以報名了一個不退款的夜晚。直到我批准了日期才趕上不正確的日期。我查看了聯繫方式,他們有一個列出了不正確的日期,好吧應該沒問題,我只是改變日期,仍然呆在那裏。網站說他們必須聯繫商家,ok我可以看到,我知道我需要住的晚上更貴,但還可以。有一條消息說商人不允許我改變,因爲這是一個不可退款的夜晚,我不是想不留在那裏只是改變日期。我碰巧在城裏,所以我停在汽車旅館,和經理交談,被告知沒有Trip/Expedia的批准他們無法改變,嗯,我猜他們一定是“商人”而不是酒店。所以我“捐贈”了某個公司的房間費用。所以 Trip/Expedia 爲它的價值,我不會再使用你進行任何旅行。

Overall, a good experience but with caveats. Staff were professional and super helpful. The room: Very clean, very tidy and smelled fresh. Beds were comfy and maintained pretty well. The room was great and not shabby at all. Coffee maker was good once you know how to find the switch and use it. The bathroom was well stocked with the needed soaps/tissues etc.  Ok, that’s the good stuff… now the not so  The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly at all. As you brush teeth and the seeds from the strawberries you just ate, fall out from between your teeth, then land in the sink, they have a mind of their own and just when you thought they’d rinsed away, they re emerge as you wash your hands. Yes, up from the grave (sink drain) they arise! Ugh. Kinda gross - but not the end of the world. The next thing, breakfast: I arrived at 8am and there were tow hot items. 1. Possibly the worst sausage patties I’ve ever tried to eat. 2. Scrambled eggs - which I found to be empty and only found the promise of fresh ones to be fleeting… I waited a bit (5mins maybe) and lost interest. So my take on breakfast is it’s about as good as a poor gas station.  All this said, I’d go stay again as it was so clean and the staff were so nice. 👍👍🙂

這個價位完全超出了我們所預期的水平，尤其是在幾百米相鄰的一家酒店被糟糕的環境所打擊，換到了這裏立刻覺得舒適自在，乾淨整潔，服務熱情，主要是安全感棒棒噠。也感謝攜程的客服人員在線幫助。

兩個大人兩個小孩入住四張床，原本的標間就顯得有點擁擠。禮拜六的價格驚到我了，4400元😂，不過周邊逛逛散散步還是不錯的。

The front desk was nice enough. We were confused and thought it was a Jacuzzi suite. It was a jetted tub and it was disgusting.  There was hair and ***** hairs in the tub. It was disgusting and even the jets were gross. Nothing was clean! We didn’t even want to take a shower. So disappointing. I really wanted to take a Jacuzzi.

I didn't use the amenities. The breakfast was good. The room was cold until I figured out the heating system. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

我們非常喜歡我們在Kindler Hotel的三天住宿。我們在城裏參加家庭婚禮,出於我們的目的,位置是最佳的。設施乾淨,有吸引力,工作人員非常熱情和樂於助人。儘管有以下情況,我們還會再次入住: 1)我們房間的浴室洗漱台很小,浴室整體也很小,但對我們來說,可行, 2)空調循環時有點響,很多酒店也是如此,但是,就保持房間涼爽和舒適而言,它工作得很好,而且3)我發現自己希望牀像一些酒店那樣包括各種枕頭。我個人發現枕頭太厚太結實,然而,我不是一個大人,所以我想他們對許多人來說可能是很好的。這些是公認的相對次要的觀察,也不會阻止我們再次入住金德勒酒店。
