The hotel is nice, clean, and well maintained. The aqua park and playground are great, and the dinner was excellent. The entire facility is pleasant, the rooms are very good, and overall we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. However, considering the price of the hotel, there were several disappointing points. The reception staff did not seem particularly professional. At check-out, the service was not very friendly, and the reception area is quite small considering the size of the hotel, so it seemed that guests often had to wait. While dinner was excellent, breakfast was rather average. I could not find proper traditional butter despite checking several small bowls where it appeared to be served. This may seem like a small detail, but considering the delicious Hungarian bread available, it was a shame not to have good-quality butter (82% butter). The biggest disappointment, however, was the SPA. At around 10:00 AM, all of the saunas were either completely cold or barely warm. The lady at the SPA reception did not seem particularly surprised when I mentioned this. What was even more disappointing was that nobody informed me during check-in at the SPA reception that this section was not operating properly. Overall, the hotel has many positive qualities, but for the price, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail.

位於希歐福克小鎮上的五星級酒店，酒店環境不錯，超乎預期，有室內恆温泳池，也有室外泳池。早餐是點單形式，下次如果來巴拉頓湖，還會選擇這裏。

本來衹預訂了一晚，覺得總體還不錯，所以又加訂了一晚，結果房間根本不清潔打掃，連基本的浴巾什麼的統統都沒有更新，我實在無法理解這樣的操作。看上去是個不錯的酒店，入住後才發現各種問題，衞生間味道很大，洗澡會有很多水濺的整個衞生間都是。但是早餐確實很值得表揚，非常好。酒店還有一家餐廳，連續幾年上了米其林推薦，2025年沒有上榜，2晚都是在這裏用餐的，我覺得為什麼沒有繼續上榜了。第一晚的食材都不錯，我們體驗很不錯，第二晚點了和前一天一樣的豬排，結果是有很不好的味道，應該是食材處理的不新鮮了，找服務生過來，結果衹是端走了，沒有任何錶示歉意，衹是拿菜單過來讓重新點餐，最後正常結賬，沒有任何人過來打一個招呼，彷彿沒有發生過什麼。所以那些滿牆的得獎證書，又説明瞭什麼。算了，還是不推薦這家了。
