Старенький, потрепанный отель. За такие деньги я считаю все должно быть идеально. Приклеенные скотчем на полу в холле плинтуса, минимальный набор принадлежностей в ванной, бедный кофейный набор- могли бы в номера поставить кофе машину, на завтраке например вместо сливочного масла маргарин!(как такое вообще возможно), открытый бассейн вообще находится в 100 метрах от отеля, а закрытый не работал. Разочарована

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Öncelikle tam bir f/p oteli otel oldukça temiz ,çalışanlar guler yüzlü ( gurcistanda zor bulunur) ulaaim kolay.merkezi isitma vs ***et yeterli. Cocuk oyun salonu , fitnes vb mevcut .Biz kaldığımızda off season olduğu için kahvaltı açık büfe degildi ancak size ***et yeterli bir menü veriyorlar, menüden seçiyorsunuz, omlet , pankek , peynir , kruvasan , bal , nutella, cornflakes , haşlanmış yumurta vs . Ayrıca otelde aparitif menüler ve çorba mevcut . Çalışanların tümü guler yüzlü ve ***et iyi niyetli. Eksi ise restaurant menusu cok dar ve oda servisi olmayışı diyebilirim. Bir daha gitsem tereddütsüz konaklamayi tercih ederim. Kısacası temiz , güvenli tam bir aile oteli

巴統艾美酒店作為巴統最豪華的酒店，房價近2000元一晚，但其實際體驗卻令人大失所望。 首先，房間隔音極差。入住當晚，從半夜12點多直至凌晨兩點多，樓下廣場的喧鬧聲和蹦迪音樂在房間內清晰可聞，嚴重影響了休息。 其次，服務承諾形同虛設。通過平台與酒店協商後，酒店承諾次日可為我們升級至另一側的兩個房間。然而，第二天午後返回酒店時，卻被告知衹剩一間升級房可用，且酒店對此毫無歉意。 再者，客房清潔敷衍至極。房間打掃後，不僅未補充新的地巾和拖鞋，陽台的煙灰缸裏竟還殘留着前一晚的垃圾未清理。我們再三催促後才送來拖鞋，結果質量極其低劣，一穿就破，且與第一晚提供的帶酒店logo的正品拖鞋完全不同。 如此糟糕的軟硬件條件和服務水平，實在難以匹配其“豪華”定位與高昂房價。我們不禁要問：攜程平台究竟依據什麼標準，將這樣名不副實的酒店評為“巴統奢侈榜第一”？
