在英國西約克郡，設有游泳池的飯店

在我入住期間,所有工作人員都非常樂於助人和友好,這增加了體驗。酒店真的很可愛,環境很漂亮。房間設備齊全,房間和酒吧的景色令人驚歎,但正是高水平的客戶服務讓我想回來,並推薦這家酒店作爲在韋克菲爾德住宿的地方。

相當陳舊的飯店，在這裡住過很多次了，但似乎在慢慢走下坡路。不是很乾淨，房間裡的地毯需要吸塵。以這個價格來說，床和設施足夠不錯，但食物平淡無奇，酒吧有點貴。此外，它距離利茲很遠，通往市中心的路線非常複雜。還好就差錢了..

我在12-07約3-15-3-30到達的12-07預訂了,要求多加一條毯子,但被告知這是不可能的,因爲我預訂的晚了,前台沒有任何!!這些都是林地小屋,我應該認爲這將是一個常見的請求,額外的毯子隨時可用。 小屋被一個可移動的電加熱器加熱,它花了幾個小時來加熱小屋。 門關閉困難,可能是由於重複的油漆,金屬把手上有油漆。外門沒有從裏面關上。小屋沒有地方可以坐,也沒有自由表面來設置東西,因爲唯一合適的表面,一張桌子,上面有免費的站立電視。有一個衣櫃,但它聞起來很臭。 食物很好,但服務很慢,因爲餐廳似乎人手不足,酒吧服務員幫忙當服務員。 設置很漂亮,工作人員非常愉快。teh房間有充足的茶和咖啡,還有水壺。

From arriving to a friendly welcome at reception (Sam)everything and every member of staff was lovely and could not do enough to help. From the foyer to the bar/dining area to our room, we found it spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable. The bed was comfy and you heard no outside noise if there was improvement I could offer, a pillow menu would be great. Otherwise 5stars and we would definitely use again 😁

位置優美,場地優美。休閒設施很棒,不太忙,游泳池很完美。房間很乾淨,照顧得很好。服務很棒,工作人員很可愛。完美的時光離開,強烈推薦。

Amazing stay with amazing staff! Booked a room for my mums 80th birthday along with dinner and a meal in the claret jug with family the following day. Everything was perfect for my mum from room to the food and the service - a special shout out to Vicki Wood and (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) the lady who took care of everything for us at the Claret Jug. Absolutely recommend

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

房間比較小，加了一張沙發床，我們一共四個人，兩大兩小，衞生間沐浴露是空的，沒有及時替換，電視衹能看live，窗户也很難關上，我們4月份去的，不知道空調怎麼樣。朋友反應前台有時打電話態度一般，想要借個充電器或者轉換頭也沒有的。説説優點，泳池雖小，但孩子玩的非常開心，我還去了桑拿房和蒸汽房，外面還有健身器材。酒店的早餐也是正常的英式早餐，香腸有些油。前台在入住時給了兩張冰激凌劵，三個冰激凌球一個小朋友吃還是挺多的，總之，這個性價比還是挺高

酒店工作人員在接待處愉快和樂於助人,曾經使用過的酒吧發現它很貴,因爲餐廳在£21-50漢堡,早餐很好,失望地發現我回家時酒店錯誤地收取了我的卡,因爲別人的賬單把我帶走了5天才能拿回錢,沒有道歉
