房間蠻大的 設施裝修也不錯 漂亮是漂亮的 風格也很獨特 但是酒店工作人員太拉垮 照着護照把我拼音姓氏都能打錯 導致我一直連不上酒店wifi 問工作人員買飯掛房賬上是不是從按金扣也不知道 並且按金半個月多了也沒退我 酒店本身規則他們也不清楚 不少員工英文也不好 並且位置不方便 衹能在酒店純玩 其他地方去哪裡都不方便 必須打車 很偏僻 純度假可以 但是小心他們的員工真的很不靠譜

房間很大，設施很少。進入的時候發現水以及喝水的水杯，電熱水器，都沒有。洗漱用品更是沒有。去前台借也衹各種拼拼湊湊。 第二層除了露台其他也沒什麼用。 但地方大能舒展開來也是不錯。 總體對得起這個價格

是那最綠色、最美麗的亞利亞島,它有多種花,整個一年的春夏氣候都是氣候的。有趣的地方?,很多是從海灘、、森林。,生產,羅恩加酒,酒,以及最好的人。園是狂熱的,因爲它是典型的園建築,它的室內,這裏有微氣候, terasses,海邊餐廳,景色很棒。P的聖克魯茲山頂和一些非常細的花園,水,海邊龍。 服務無法再要求,我們再重複。

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica y cómoda. El edificio del hotel es bonito y cómodo con recepción amplia, la piscina es muy bonita y tiene alrededor mucho espacio para tomar el sol. Las habitaciones y el mobiliario del comedor de las comidas son muy antiguos y da sensación de descuido. El desayuno es simple, variado si, pero la calidad no es la mejor. Lo que si me sorprendió es que no hay ni hervidor de agua en la habitación, y para tenerlo el hotel cobra 15€, eso es algo básico hoy hasta en pensiones.

CClarestaBest 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

訪訪客可愛的酒店,位置很好。現代,聖誕節裝飾精美。禮貌的工作人員,早餐和晚餐的好選擇。聖誕晚餐是這個世界之外的東西(去過很多酒店,但現在聖誕節晚餐很難匹配)。不確定是否總是這樣,但我們是在假期的第一部分(43&47)中最小的,後來其他一些年輕人加入了我們。平均年齡60歲😁這家酒店不面向孩子但對我們來說很完美沒有尖叫和喊叫,我們的女孩在游泳池裏玩得很開心 她自己和表弟🤣 一開始想訂春酒店比塔科拉,但現在覺得我做了一個極好的選擇。也就是說,下次可能只是因爲Bitacora提供的全包服務而嘗試一下。這是一個不錯的安靜住宿,所以如果你期望像土耳其,游泳池周圍的eith音樂,兒童迪斯科舞廳和表演,這家酒店不適合你。我們是半食宿,4天我們在泳池酒吧吃飯,從來沒有失望。良好的食物和合理的價格。我們沒有預訂UP選項,因爲我們和孩子們在一起(這是18歲以上),但如果我從來沒有來過他們我會嘗試! 贊成: 位置很好 現代酒店 加熱游泳池(輪椅友好) 食物和服務都很好 反對意見: 房間沒有洗髮水!對我來說是第一🙈 池裏的瓷磚(摩賽克)需要更換,女兒大概從池底鋸裏填了一半承運人袋🤣 總而言之,完美的住宿,相信我,我很挑剔。這是我推薦給朋友和家人的酒店之一

LLauris.little.world絕對令人驚歎的酒店!當我走進來時,它簡直讓我喘不過氣來。工作人員都很棒,非常友好。房間和場地都非常乾淨。游泳池令人驚歎(有更繁忙和更安靜的游泳池,所以一點也不缺乏選擇)。海灘和商店距離酒店只有幾分鐘的步行路程。食物很壯觀!每個人都有東西:表演,體育,游泳池,購物。我簡直不能給這個度假村足夠的贊!!我們一定會回來的。

PPemce HThis is a great place to stay for couples, friends and families alike. Perfect location in Costa Adeje for accessing the beach, restaurants and not too far from Los Cristianos or Playa De Las Americas. Nice complex with rooms of a decent quality. The resort is extremely clean with plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants on site. Highly recommended.

Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend
