在馬來西亞吉蘭丹州，設有Wi-Fi的飯店

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share a detailed review of my experience, both the good and the not-so-great aspects. Let’s start with the positives: the breakfast was excellent. It was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. A good selection of food, fresh ingredients, and attentive staff made the morning meal a very pleasant experience. Whether you're into local flavors or prefer something more continental, there seemed to be options for everyone. Coffee was hot, pastries were fresh, and the seating area was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. There was a noticeable smell throughout the room that didn’t go away even after airing it out for some time. It wasn't overpowering, but definitely enough to make the space feel less clean and comfortable than it should have been. The biggest issue, however, was the carpet getting wet. It seemed like water was leaking from either the bathroom or some nearby plumbing, and the moisture had soaked into the carpet near the entrance of the room. Walking over damp carpet isn't exactly pleasant, and it raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance. It also made the room feel more humid and stuffy. Housekeeping did a decent job with daily cleaning, but the smell and wet carpet are issues that likely go beyond surface-level cleaning—they need proper maintenance or repair. Overall, I think this hotel has potential. The staff were friendly, and again, the breakfast was genuinely great. But some basic upkeep and attention to room conditions are really needed to bring the guest experience up to standard. With a bit more focus on maintenance and cleanliness, this place could easily become a solid choice for travelers. Would I stay again? Maybe—but only if I knew the room conditions had improved.

飯店位置很棒，就在KB購物中心旁邊，位於市中心。 感謝前台，我在抵達前幾個小時就打電話要求他們安排面向KB購物中心的房間，並打掃房間和更換乾淨的床單（擔心房間空置時間太長，會有異味）。 其他都很好，只有一點不好，那就是隔音效果不好。車窗不太好用，整晚都能聽到車輛的噪音…希望Tune管理階層能投資一些資金來維修/升級窗戶橡膠墊，讓一切完美無缺。

不錯的,乾淨的房間,這次住宿。我喜歡提供的設施和技術小工具。 電視有很好的選擇和免費電影。牀很好。只有這不舒服,浴室/衛生間沒有門。除非你獨自一人或配偶,否則你會覺得在wc和浴室之間通勤不舒服。

我喜歡他們的自助早餐。有當地美食,如nasi dagang和nasi kerabu。工作人員很友好,總是迎接我們,並提供幫助。大堂寬敞,游泳池很大。

每次去吉蘭丹，我家必定會住在大河酒店 (Grand River Hotel)，因為這家酒店靠近吉蘭丹河和我丈夫的村莊。感謝萬艾莎 (Wan Aisyah) 安排的房間，讓我們一家人住得離得近。我們訂的是特大床房，床很大，晚上我們一家人睡得很好。我的孫子們很喜歡飯店的泳池，但第二天一直下雨到晚上，這讓我們很失望。

房間很大,簡單現代。早餐食物品種很多&可以嘗試當地食物。屋頂游泳池很棒,但晚上8點關門。在7.30pm商務會議後到達酒店。

The room are clean. Perfect location, 100m walk to kebun sultan food street. Two convenient store nearby. Breakfast are tasty as well. Only one downside, the towel are yellowish and smelly, suggest hotel to replace all towels

一切都很完美（對於低預算酒店）。工作人員非常友好，所有設施都非常好，物超所值。真的很值得，這裡有健身房、洗衣房和遊戲室。早餐的選擇不多，但加 15 令吉就夠了。到目前為止非常滿意，並將再次前往哥打巴魯進行另一次短途旅行。

酒店位置在紅土地市中心,地理位置優越。附近有餐飲店,銀行,便利店,電信店等等。非常滿意的衛生。酒店大堂一直有香味。酒店大堂還提供咖啡機(3in1咖啡)。免費提供包飯早餐,住客可以從早上7:30開始到中午12:00開始,並在各自房間用餐。酒店的設備很滿意,唯一就是熨斗的地方在酒店樓的盡頭,靠近電梯的房間需要爬很遠才能到熨燙的地方。我的建議,沿走廊很多地方提供熨斗/住客可以要求熨斗在房間使用。總之,酒店很好,滿意。

我非常喜歡這家飯店，已經是第二次入住了。 飯店內部裝潢讓我非常有共鳴，我甚至想在家裡也住在這裡。 員工服務熱情周到。 每日清潔。電視頻道多達20個，可能還包括幾個廣播電台。 房間本身的氛圍令人流連忘返。 飯店裡還有一家咖啡館，味道很棒。 房間裡有無線網路。 地板上還有一個提供冷熱水的冷水機。 插座不適合我們的充電器，不過前台幫我充了行動電源。
