普安那公園 有停車場的飯店

希爾頓逸林住過幾次，無一例外地給的都是一樓的房間，這次更是進靠着酒店的邊門，半夜進進出出的聲響很吵，根本睡不好。原因我覺得不是對華人的歧視就是攜程和他們的協議問題。 這次還對前台接待的不禮貌和他們的經理進行了交涉。

Loved staying at the Knott’s Hotel! However, the parking was really bad, there was cars parked diagonally. There was people that parked in handicap that shouldn’t have, since they didn’t have a sign or on the car plaque. They don’t have security to check peoples cars for parking and who is allowed. They let amusement park people park in the hotel parking lot which was very difficult to find a spot. The hotel’s pool/jacuzzi was also closed due to renovation. The employees stated it should reopen November 8th but might change. The hotel its self was clean and the workers were nice. The complementary items in the hotel smelled really nice and the beds were really comfy. The TV was really big that was really cool. The restroom was nice and the mirror was so bright. I love that it’s walk able to the Knott’s Park.

Disappointed with our room. We had been located within the under construction area way in the back. Felt we were in solitary confinement being in the area where there was no one around us because of the remodeling of the rooms around us.Lock on the door was broken and had to let front desk be notified. Requested a different room but was denied due to no extra room available. Not enough wash cloths to take a shower. Nice place but dissatisfied with the outcome.
