Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Property is decent, staff is decent but sometimes they don’t seem to understand what your ask is, have few bad rules in the hostel like no food in the room or you can not order your customized food but have to order from given combination only like I wanted to have bread toast and tea but for that I was required to purchase a complete combo containing Idli Bread and Tea - thats where it is a bit off otherwise decent place for a short stay.

不協調的付款：飯店工作人員向我施壓，要求我立即支付餐廳帳單，儘管該費用不包含在房價內。他們迫不及待地等我上去梳洗一番，然後下來付錢。很不耐煩！
設施有限：飯店房間只提供洗手液，不提供沐浴露！
收費不合理：瓶裝水價格過高，為 150 盧比。
不樂於助人的員工：工作人員在付款方式方面似乎不耐煩且不靈活。
總體而言，由於工作人員對付款方式不耐煩、缺乏基本的洗漱用品以及價格過高的瓶裝水，令人失望。我不會推薦這家酒店。

The best hotel we stayed in India. It’s new and clean. All the staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. Around the hotel, you can find so many good places to eat and hang out.

度假村比圖片中看到的要好得多。優秀的體驗。優越的地理位置。寧靜的氛圍,在大自然中。寬敞的房間。早餐選擇豐富,服務很棒。烘部的工作人員Paulami女士非常有禮貌,樂於助人,友好。所有工作人員都很好,服務很棒。入住和結賬都很順利。

訪訪客用戶The room initially offered had a stinking bathroom and we rejected it. With bit of hesitation, the staff then offered a few options out of which we opted one. This room was clean but the bathroom taps and floor looked old and were not descaled. Breakfast was mediocre and some of the food items were not hot.
The room location though is good. There are lot of restaurants nearby that include south Indian, north Indian, chinese, Mcd and more.. The hotel is very close to airport toll gate and airport terminals can be reached by car in about 10 mins.
Overall it's ok to stay if you don't expect an outstanding hospitality and premium features. I just felt they charged a bit more for what they offered..

訪訪客用戶Through the detailed search at make my trip, found hotel vividus in bangalore. I liked the modern interiors and the reviews on the website. The place is very centrally located near the race course. Easily accessible. Extremely friendly staff. Rooms are beautifully designed with large windows and automation on the blinds. The restaurant / dining space is good with good food and helpful staff. Had a great stay there.

匿匿名用戶五星級水平的服務，兩星級水平的衞生。酒店工作人員態度熱情，人很好，還幫忙各種訂車。就是衞生查了點。床品不夠乾淨，枕套裏有頭髮，枕套上有鞋印，地毯邊角有頭髮團，房間有異味。半夜三更吊頂裏有老鼠挖洞很大聲。每天都有聲音，最後一晚聲音巨大被吵醒，很害怕，打電話投訴。投訴後酒店保安去外牆看了看，聲音變小了。環境優美。酒店的服務這麼好，如果衞生提高會更好。
