Food is good chef krishna is good Rohit was very helpful Overall ambience is good They helped me with a refund 9/10 The atmosphere was good but we need pick up from city or kundapura town The booking type needs to be streamlined and We had a jolly good time at resort Pool is very clean

Beautiful property with very humble staff. Everyone from reception desk to room service always greets with smile. Amenities are good . Over all a fun place for family to stay . A special mention to Rani and Rohit for looking after us during the stay.

Excellent hotel with world class service.. Had an amazing experience staying here. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained but the highlight of the experience was the food and service. Chef Bajpai ensured that we got the best food, crafted as per our taste and served with best hospitality. He is an amazing chef and a true testimony of pure hospitality. Would highly recommend the place to my friends and colleagues. Cudos to the amazing people and the services.

I planned a vacation and chose UVA Meridian Bay resort Kundapura, based on my sister's recommendation that she stayed at last year. I called the reservation team to book two rooms. Mr. ***n from the reservation team initially confirmed that there were rooms available and blocked, payment can be made on arrival and advised me to call back in two days to choose the room category. However, when I called back after two days, another person from the reservation team informed me that there was no one named Mr. ***n at the property and that there were no rooms available. I then contacted the ***ager, who mentioned that Mr. ***n works late evenings. Despite trying to reach the ***ager multiple times, I was unable to get clear information or resolve the issue. All these happened just one day before we could leave on our family vacation. Ultimately, I had to change my travel and booking plans due to the lack of available rooms and no proper response from Reservation team. My concern is with the poor ***agement of the booking process by the reservation team. Although I still believe the property is beautiful based on my sister's experience, the experience was significantly marred by the reservation team's handling of the situation.

Honestly speaking this resort is the best in this location. A grade food,nice services ,superb location .I mean everything here is taken care very well. Ghee roast,local flavors, multi cusine food everything is just #1 in this locality. Thanks team meridian for awesome and superb experience. Lovely friendly staff .chef vaibhav, service team all are doing great job.

Superb and nice resort with great amenities to choose from .great food,nice service,water park rides and food was great too. Chef vaibhav was really ***aging food quality to standards,will re visit soon.

The bare bones of the hotel are nice enough..comfy bed clean rooms. But it does look ageing. Unfortunately they do themselves a disservice by their general lackluster service. A warm welcome can really set the tone, here they seem ambivalent about our arrival For the price it was ok

Excellent resort with all facilities available. Feels like your are very close to nature,full of flowers, green trees . Restaurant food is excellent and beautiful service given by staffs. When we went, resort was busy .but we got great food ,spoke to chef vaibhav for his food. I mean all parameters were covered by just spoking to him. Cheers.!!!!
