當我們到達酒店時,裏面發生了很多建築,沒有人解決。沒有人說,對不起混亂或破壞。在某個時刻,牀完全從正在做的工作中震動。然後,廁所堵塞了。我們打下來,他們說沒有維修人員值班,但他們給我帶了柱塞...即使堵塞清理了,馬桶也衝不妥,最後下到辦公桌看看下一步怎麼辦。前台姑娘說可以叫隔壁維修小夥來,也可以換房間,我說如果他來得快,我們就留房間那個人來了,能夠糾正廁所問題,我們沒有進一步的問題。最後,孩子們很興奮去游泳,但熱水浴缸是空的。游泳池太冷了,孩子們在裏面呆了幾分鐘,但不能呆,因爲水太冷了,氯很高,以至於它燒了眼睛,就在房間裏。早上能吃飽早餐滿足我們,但還是被大堂的施工阻礙了。智選假日酒店不是一個壞地方,當一切都在工作時可能會更好,但我們不是那種住宿的接收者。

我們最終預訂了這個地方,但由於一些汽車故障,我們遲到了。我以前打電話來,知道我在抵達時會遲到,並確保我的預訂,我預付的預訂仍然可用。前台接待員告訴我,我遲到時房間將可用。當我們到達時,前台沒有人檢查我們,一名幫助維護財產的服務員出現了。顯然,預訂被取消,這讓我感到不安。他們不得不打電話,要求指示服務員如何找到我先前的預訂,讓我入住一個房間,這花了一段時間。房間很好。很好,他們有一個免費的目的地充電器,你需要一個代碼才能使用。

The front desk worker was very friendly and even wished me a happy birthday! Very kind, even thought there was renovations happening in the breakfast area, it was still clean and quiet.

This hotel was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to get me a room on the bottom floor away from the elevator & near a side door for my dogs. This hotel had fresh coffee all day, a little store to shop in & our room was sparkling clean without a speck of dust (ours was Courtesey of Yvonne). The Hotel was very very quiet, staff were very friendly, kind and helpful when we had to unexpectedly book for a second night due to bad weather. I can't even begin to express how thankful we are that we were able to stay in the same room. Thank you Yvonne from room 115 12/27 & 12/28

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room next to us had a very inconsiderate person in it. He had his tv on quite loud. It was hard to hear our TV. This continued throughout the entire night. I finally called the front desk at 1:00 am to ask if they could do anything about it. She said all she could do was to try and call the room. This obviously didn't work as the sound was on alll through the night and was still on when we left at 8:00 am. I talked to the front desk and all she said was that she was very sorry about it. Very frustrating!

很棒的工作人員。房間很乾淨,游泳池和整個游泳池區很乾淨,遊戲區也很乾淨。這是一個相當巨大的成就,考慮到酒店一些“客人”是多麼混亂。餐廳的食物還不錯。絕對符合我的期望。餐廳工作人員也一流。我們完全是爲了孩子們使用水上樂園而來的,他們玩得很開心。很棒的酒店,適合年輕家庭。我唯一的抱怨是牀不是很舒服。金屬牀架根本沒有提供很好的支持。

總體來說不錯的住宿。停車在坡道是微風。市中心位置方便。工作人員很友好,樂於助人。享受免費浴室設施,他們與通常的酒店住宿不同。有品味的裝飾。  我們房間的地毯磨損了,污漬很大。浴室瓷磚可以使用良好的蒸汽,因爲漿液相當黑色。
