匿匿名用戶位於塞爾丘克城邊上，伊薩貝依清真寺旁邊的小巷內。房間非常舒適，我們這間很大，還有一個窗台可以看到鄉村美景。早餐品類豐富，蔬果新鮮。距離清真寺，阿爾忒彌斯神廟，博物館，聖約翰大教堂近。提前約好店主會開車送去以弗所古城。店主姐姐人特別好，幫我們拿行李，還開車去車站送我們，給我們推薦怎麼玩。其他服務人員也非常友善，有求必應。這家店裡陳列的手工藝術品是可以出售的，我們以為都是裝飾，還跑到更貴的店去買 ꉂ（ˊᗜˋ*）。如果對手工藝術品比如馬賽克畫或者雕塑有興趣的，可以先問問店主姐姐。店主説她的爸爸是當地一個很有名的雕塑藝術家，民宿很有藝術氣息。建議到達前和店主聯繫接站，有一小段路地面都是小石板路，行李箱不好走。

匿匿名用戶總體來說是一個美麗的財產。房間很可愛,早餐很棒,每天的客房服務都很好。
有一位紳士真的非常好,幫我們弄明白去機場的巴士,他甚至開車送我們去巴士站,告訴我們在哪裏,幾分鐘就到了,但真的很好。
一些缺點和需要注意的事情:
1.大多數員工不會說英語。他們使用谷歌翻譯,這在大多數情況下是有效的,但如果你需要討論,很難。
2.酒店頁面提到免費送機,酒店聲稱不包含,無法進行討論,所以做不了多少,不確定這是trip.com問題還是酒店問題。
3.早餐真的很好。但這是固定的土耳其早餐,所以如果你有飲食,這可能很難。工作人員會隨便問“茶,咖啡,果汁?“好像它全部包括在內,然後當我們退房時,我們得到了40英鎊的賬單,喝了幾杯咖啡。似乎只包括了茶。當我們告訴他們沒有人告訴我們是否收費時,他們所做的只是早上給我們提供2杯咖啡以補償。真的不好。
4.LOUD音樂。有音樂大聲播放到凌晨1點。前2晚它有點安靜,12點關閉。但最後一晚它一直持續到凌晨1點。當我們抱怨12點左右時,他們說哦這是正常的,但現在因爲一些客人抱怨我們會減少音量。真的沒有太大區別。昨晚在那裏,完全破壞了我們在那裏度過的可愛幾天。

AAierbuneng意外收穫這一間，新裝修環境衛生都很好，特別是早餐很好，走去鐘樓或海邊，大概都是15分鐘左右，3分鐘步行又是火車站，去機場很方便

訪訪客用戶Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

訪訪客用戶房間整體挺乾淨，但是地上有長頭髮，不知道是哪個客人留下來的。給我安排了頂層海景房，直麪大海，可以坐房間裏欣賞日落。下樓就是海濱步道。土國萬豪通病，早餐吃的一般，沒有土國Grand温德姆酒店的豐盛。離地鐵站和輕軌站稍微有點距離，但不是問題。離Agora遺址，Kemeralti巴扎和鐘樓都近，溜達走着就能到。酒店旁邊有個靠海的Konak Pier商場，解決個快餐，喝個咖啡不是問題。

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

訪訪客用戶兩張1.5m的床很適合家庭出遊，露台很大，晚上也安靜，就是位置比較偏，前不着村後不着店，周圍有幾個餐廳，沒有中餐，也沒有能逛街的地方，出門全靠打車或者包車，酒店缺個泳池，如果有室內外泳池，就完美了

訪訪客用戶前台大哥服務很好，我們住三樓，他一個人一手提我們一個大箱子，真厲害啊！早餐還算豐盛，定食，可以點個煎蛋或蛋卷。就是橄欖啥的我們有點吃不慣，浪費了。離以弗所古城開車15分鐘左右，晚餐是大哥給我推薦了餐廳，衹是沒找到，附近吃飯的餐廳很多，走着10幾分鐘就是一條主街很熱鬧。
