完全超出預期，五星好評！酒店的位置特別好，而且房間乾淨，還有個露台，電梯是那種歐洲復古電梯，很有特色，非常滿意！最重要的是這裏的服務人員都非常熱情友好，離開時我本來衹想詢問一下從塞爾丘克怎麼坐車到安塔利亞，沒想到前台小哥在電腦那兒幫我查詢汽車站的網站，還非常熱心的給我打印了一份列車時刻表，而且又特意打印了一份中文的，還告訴我要怎麼坐車，還幫我打電話叫了出租車，簡直太棒了👍👍👍讓我對土耳其的好感倍增，更讓我記住了塞爾丘克這個地方。如果下次再來土耳其，一定會再次入住這家酒店，也希望這家酒店能生意興隆、越來越好！

飯店員工很友好，附近有民俗藝術館。我來這裡是為了出差，飯店離得很近。我以為以我所支付的價格來說，房間的內部裝潢會更豪華一些。我花了將近200歐元訂了一間房，所以期待一個舒適的房間，但結果卻令人失望，而且從外面飄來一股難聞的貓糧味。他們幫我安排的樓層很低，不是高層。所以性價比很差，這樣的房間我最多只願意付90歐元，但很不幸，我花了將近200歐元。可惜當時忙著出差，沒來得及拍照，否則我會上傳一些照片，讓大家看看我花了這麼多錢住的房間到底值不值200歐元。

酒店很温馨，很有藝術格調。前台小哥服務特別好。早餐品種很多，特別是有炒雞蛋餅，很喜歡。酒店周圍很多餐館，但比較貴，在主街走50米左右，一些餐館便宜好吃。唯一不足是2層房間不太隔音，可以聽到旁邊房間講話。前台小哥熱情幫調換六樓房間。酒店這個位置很好，步行去歷史藝術博物館24分鐘。這個博物館很棒。步行10多分鐘到海邊。

先説酒店的位置特別的好，離着火車站和地鐵站就有三分鐘的時間就到了，相當的棒。並且這裏到鐘樓20分鐘就走過去了，如果想坐地鐵的話，兩站就可以。酒店的工作人員服務態度我感覺是最好的，並且房間的衞生可以説一塵不染相當的棒。再次感謝，能有這麼好的酒店

酒店位置優越。地鐵10分鐘步行,商店和咖啡館附近,岸附近散步。 早餐不錯,選擇很大。工作人員熱情,回答所有問題。房間小,但一般都很舒適。 不利之處是窗戶的清潔性和開門選擇(非常不安全)。他們爲海景的房間加了錢,但窗戶是如此髒,以至於在街上燈光,看不見分手,離婚等都沒有。其餘的一切都很好。

位於老城區位置好，步行去清真寺和索菲亞教堂都很方便，緊鄰伊斯坦堡考古博物館，酒店附近可以乘坐電車到達輪渡港口非常方便，門口有購買公交卡和銀聯提現的機器；早航班到達酒店貼心讓我們提前入住了；酒店有電梯方便運送行李，唯一就是房間有點兒小

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! 訪訪客用戶宿舍位置安靜,很容易找到,接近性很好。酒店非常親切地歡迎我,從車上到行李都分發了(離開的時候還送了車),歡迎水果也很甜。房間裝飾得很雅緻,有拖鞋和浴用品。早餐豐富好吃,從早上開始就吃得很飽。我餓得急着吃,所以我只在上來之前拍了整個食物,之後沒有拍很多食物。房間鑰匙是歐洲的老式,但令人驚訝的是有趣。這是一家強烈推薦的酒店。如果下次有機會的話想再次訪問的酒店

訪訪客用戶Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

RReza_AzadiPositive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

EricsonMitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits. Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest. The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything. The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night. The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

TTwinriver我們在阿亞索魯克酒店住了三晚,很開心我們選擇了這家酒店作爲我們在塞爾丘克週邊旅遊的基礎酒店,位置完美,離火車站,公交,出租車站步行不到10分鐘可以步行到聖約翰大教堂和以弗所博物館。也可以步行到汽車站,坐迷你巴士到以弗所考古遺址不到10分鐘和TL30。強烈推薦半天的西林塞美麗村莊之旅。從汽車站坐早班車不到20分鐘,單程只需支付TL40。 酒店裝修很好,乾淨舒適。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。酒店內有餐廳,露台的景色相當不錯。早餐是典型的土耳其菜,非常健康。我下次還會再來的。

訪訪客用戶酒店在小山坡上，旁邊就是城堡，距離火車站以及去以弗所的mini bus車站都不遠。房間雖然比較小，但裝修很有特色，可以在漂亮的院子裏享用早餐。因為我們第二天一早要坐火車去代尼茲利，酒店還把我們的早餐從8點提前到了7點半，非常贊！
