Él hotel muy bien ubicado y él Personal muy amable y atentos, siempre q tengo alguna conexión en Panama me hospedo con ellos, el desayuno muy bueno con variedad y el personal dispuestos ayudarte en todo, excelentes, agradecida por la atención, fui con mi esposo, una persona adulta y me prestaron toda la colaboración necesaria 🙏🙏🙏

It’s a good budget hotel, good bang for the buck. It has a pool. In brief, it’s a good place to stay if you’re in budget.

一開始還不錯，因為他們允許我們提前入住。辦理入住手續時，我告訴他我們想要一張加大雙人床，因為我預訂的是「標準房，配備兩張雙人床或一張加大雙人床」。這時我開始失望了，因為他說特大床要額外收費25美元。我問為什麼，他告訴我預訂的是標準房，加大雙人床是要額外收費的。我給他看了預訂信息，但他堅持說要額外收費。我先生只想盡快辦理入住，所以用信用卡付了錢。 我們對房間很滿意，房間乾淨整潔，而且在一樓。但是電視什麼頻道都收不到，所以我們連看電視娛樂都做不到。我們去了泳池區，結果發現池畔酒吧關門了，而且在我們入住期間也不會開放。 （2025年5月5日）我選擇住宿的地方，是希望能夠享受預訂時列出的各項設施和服務。飯店資訊裡沒有提到淡季或是泳池酒吧會關閉。我們原本期待在泳池邊一邊喝雞尾酒一邊放鬆。結果到了酒吧，卻發現沒人送酒給我們。不過，之後我們在餐廳享用了一頓非常美味的晚餐，服務也很好。 我們隔天一大早就要離開，幸好飯店有接駁車送我們去機場，司機技術純熟，駕駛安全。 我跟前台反映了那25美元的額外費用，因為我覺得不應該被多收。前台工作人員非常抱歉，也理解我的意思，但只給了我一張寫著電話號碼的卡片。總的來說，飯店環境優美，房間也很舒適。

飯店在trip.com上找不到我們的預訂，他們花了一段時間才搞定。房間很大很寬敞，對於在巴拿馬過境的一日遊來說非常合適。大多數景點/餐廳都比較遠，但Uber很方便，所以完全沒問題。房費包含早餐，很棒。

The staff were incredibly kind and professional. They even allowed me to check in early, which I deeply appreciated after a long journey. Their warmth and helpfulness made my stay all the more pleasant. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with character, comfort, and a fantastic location in Panama City’s historic district, Art Casco Hotel is a perfect choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended. I would absolutely stay again.

Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

住了2夜,酒店和房間正常,酒店前面有巴爾博亞,日夜流,所以你感覺有點。 在那家酒店的間有一些建築工藝,所以游泳池(對於想游泳的人來說小7/7米)由於大聲而不舒服。早餐不提供多少選擇,而且有不在本級酒店的產品,因爲價格是我們所付的,還是價格的質量/價格比,但是我看到它還可以花到 CHF50.00的多個晚上。我們將回到巴拿馬城,我們在全國的遊行結束,但不去梅里迪恩。 和有能力的員工,很好的Wi-Fi。

儘管內部需要更新(舊地板,舊牆紙,舊沙發,浴室門潮溼損壞),我有一個美好的住宿。寬敞的乾淨房間,良好的牀,友好的工作人員,距離地鐵站阿根廷不到5分鐘,旁邊是El Cangrejo地區,那裏有許多餐館和咖啡吧。早餐很棒,很多不同的東西可以選擇,包括每天有變化的溫暖餐點的車站,還可以隨心所欲地吃雞蛋,還有不同類型的美味麪包。房間裏有兩件東西我錯過了:茶和天花板燈,有咖啡,有區域燈,但房間很暗。總的來說,我喜歡住在這裏,肯定會推薦酒店。

酒店裏的一切都很好,人都很友好,位置很好,早餐還好。 我們在所期間 室沒有清理 你看牆上的頭髮 餐廳的溫度過低,就像美國一樣(感覺16度)。我不明白爲什麼不能調節感受溫度(20-23度)。但這更是普遍的問題,因爲他們已經視了美國人。
