在巴拿馬巴拿馬省，設有停車場的飯店

我很驚訝皇冠假日酒店的服務品質竟然如此糟糕。雖然也沒什麼特別糟糕的地方，但我絕對不會再入住這家飯店了。 詳細情況： 機場接駁車：如果您是機場飯店，並且宣傳提供免費接駁車，那麼您應該考慮到大部分入住的客人都希望往返機場非常方便。然而，直到您抵達酒店之前，幾乎不可能獲得任何相關資訊。我在抵達前一周發了兩封郵件（沒有回复），並在兩天內打了十多次電話試圖了解情況（仍然無人接聽）。最終，在出發當天，終於有人接了電話，只說走到航廈外面，那裡會有接駁車。沒有任何指示牌，沒有時刻表，什麼都沒有。我們抵達巴拿馬機場後，我又打了一次電話，被告知接駁車會在每小時的25分從17號門出發。幸運的是，我的伴侶在街對面的14號門偶然看到了班車。飯店裡有列印的時刻表。為什麼不把時刻表放在網站上，或在確認郵件裡提供呢？或至少在客人打電話諮詢的時候告知他們？到了之後，把車送回機場很方便，前台有時間表。車大約每小時一班。 健身房：對飯店來說很不錯，雖然不算驚艷，但很乾淨，器材種類齊全，還有瑜珈墊、藥球、阻力帶和啞鈴。我很滿意。 早餐：沒什麼特別值得一提的，但種類很多：炒蛋、麥片、香腸、起司、米飯、派、麵包等等。不過很多東西都沒有標示。 「玉米餡餅」裡全是牛肉，感覺有點誤導人。 餐廳：沒去，因為素食選擇非常有限（好像只有一道素菜）。而且價格也挺貴的，我想飯店餐廳都這樣吧，但感覺品質和價格不太相符。 房間：寬敞明亮，床很舒服，還有咖啡機和電視。但房間裡有一股很奇怪的味道，很潮濕，空調看起來像是70年代的老式機器（聽起來也像）。 浴室：還行。洗髮精、護髮素之類的瓶子似乎和牆上的支架不匹配，用起來很不舒服，因為只能按進去大約0.5公分。 我們沒有使用游泳池，所以無法評價。正如我所說，雖然沒什麼特別糟糕的，但這次體驗令人沮喪，而且沒想到這居然是皇冠假日酒店品牌旗下的。我個人不會再入住這家飯店了。

It’s a good budget hotel, good bang for the buck. It has a pool. In brief, it’s a good place to stay if you’re in budget.

泳池很大……房间虽小……但健身房很大……早餐不错……我肯定会再次入住……地理位置很好，对面就是一家大型酒类商店，如果您喜欢酒水的话……

The staff were incredibly kind and professional. They even allowed me to check in early, which I deeply appreciated after a long journey. Their warmth and helpfulness made my stay all the more pleasant. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with character, comfort, and a fantastic location in Panama City’s historic district, Art Casco Hotel is a perfect choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended. Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

住了2夜,酒店和房間正常,酒店前面有巴爾博亞,日夜流,所以你感覺有點。 在那家酒店的間有一些建築工藝,所以游泳池(對於想游泳的人來說小7/7米)由於大聲而不舒服。早餐不提供多少選擇,而且有不在本級酒店的產品,因爲價格是我們所付的,還是價格的質量/價格比,但是我看到它還可以花到 CHF50.00的多個晚上。我們將回到巴拿馬城,我們在全國的遊行結束,但不去梅里迪恩。 和有能力的員工,很好的Wi-Fi。

我在那裡住了五晚，地點還行，飯店很大，空間也夠用，價格也實惠，但團隊成員和員工需要更多培訓，才能更好地滿足顧客的需求，尤其是早餐。選擇不多，但客房服務卻能滿足上百人的需求。我推薦這家酒店，因為價格實惠。
