非常好的驚喜，幾乎無與倫比的品質。空調，冰箱，露台上的早餐，私人陽台，電視，wifi，可以安全，凈身......一切都在那裡與無可挑剔的清潔度，皇家沉默，令人驚嘆的美景，就在鎮中心距特羅佩亞火車站 10 分鐘路程。 我推薦 2000% 這家來自 Francesco 的 B&B，迷人的主人！ 我肯定會回到這裏住更長的時間，因為這個地區真的很漂亮，食物也很棒

Ottimo hotel, ottimo staff, ottima posizione direttamente sul mare. Probabilmente hanno una delle migliori colazioni che potreste trovare in Italia. Unica nota dolente il ristorante. E' ottimo però le porzioni lasciano a desiderare (e chi va al sud vuole mangiare bene ed abbondante). In generale non posso che assegnare un voto ultra positivo alla struttura e consigliare a tutti questa scelta.

В целом отель понравился! Удобное расположение, красивый вид вокруг! Внутри чисто, хорошее место для отдыха. Из минусов, плохой WiFi! Не хватало в комнате мусорного ведра, было только в душевой!

很不錯，對於聖喬瓦尼鎮來講，我們衹是打算住一晚然後第二天坐輪渡前往墨西拿，房東很友好，小區很安全有多道門鎖。

We were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.

Albergo confortevole e abbastanza raggiungibile dalla stazione di Catanzaro lido.

挺乾淨的。就在lamezia centrale對面。位置方便。做中轉，短暫停留很合適。400米有家家樂福，700米有家coop。周邊咖啡店，餐廳也不少。 還發現這裡有很多華人商貿店！厲害厲害！ 但在淡季其實不必加早餐。店家也真的是對付一下…可一大早一**顫顫巍巍的，還給我做cappuccino，熱麪包的…也實在是不好意思有太多要求 對了，附近還有家網紅brunch店（圖三是出品）

酒店很不錯!我們住的房間很寬敞,空調工作得很好!衛生間不錯,淋浴也挺大! 我們點了客房服務,食物很快就到了,很好吃!早餐也很棒,任何人都有很多選擇! 價格也很合理!特別是設施和清潔度。您距離購物中心也是5分鐘車程,那裏也有美食廣場。我強烈推薦推薦這個地方給任何前往或通過卡拉布里亞旅行的人。非常值得的錢!

We were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. 酒店位置好，陽台上可見落日，但設施較舊而簡，尤其是空調，吵而且製冷差。前台英文一般，不提示就不給票據

提前聯繫停車位，附近停車場，安全； 房間夠大，服務挺好，處於市中心，去哪都方便
