優點：
(1) 地理位置絕佳，鄰近中央火車站。是探索週邊地區的理想下榻之處。
(2) 員工友善熱情，樂於助人。
缺點：
(1) 房間雖然乾淨，但枕頭味道非常難聞。希望只是個別情況。
(2) 牆壁薄如紙。即使隔壁房間的鄰居說話音量正常，我們也能聽得一清二楚。
(3) 房間裡的瓶裝水需要付費，直到退房時才被告知（房間裡沒有標示或價目表）。價格雖然不算離譜，但還是有點出乎意料。如果能提前告知就更好了。順便一提，隔壁就是Lido超市，可以買到日常用品。
(4) 房間裡只有一瓶洗髮沐浴二合一產品。男士可能覺得沒問題，但女士們如果需要的話，最好自備護髮素和洗髮精。

在羅馬過了韓國人民宿之後真的我對一切都很滿意非常友好的主人,整潔的住宿和露台本身的滿意....步行到拉馬莫納智利海灘10-15分鐘左右,我走來走去,沒有太大的不便,我一天來回幾次。車站也很近,所以交通便利。下次我再次訪問時,我會再次見到您,老闆!Ciao !!

我們非常喜歡酒店!位於中央街,房間安靜。周圍都是有品位的,餐廳,商店等。舒適的牀,好的衣服和毛巾。員工非常熱情。這輛車被留在酒店,被帶到車庫,必要時直接送到入口。

您好，當我們到達時，外面下著大雨，有點混亂，所有的房子都一樣，接待服務不是很好，拿著鑰匙等我們的那位女士很粗魯，因為天氣很糟糕，她一直等我們到晚上 8 點，我們晚上 8 點 21 分到達，她半粗魯地告訴我們，她不會再等我們一天了，聲音還挺大！ 裡面的小房子很有故事，很漂亮。我們家有各種裝飾工具，像是鐮刀、刀子等來自鄉村的工具，但這讓環境顯得有點激進。我不太喜歡那樣。

訪訪客用戶Unfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

訪訪客用戶Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

私人客人信息存儲在公共櫃子裏。維護被忽略,早餐基本。
啤酒廠主要由準備的甜點和蛋糕組成。

如果你想熨衣服,你需要在牀上或地板上熨衣服。
酒店沒有酒吧經營,沒有4-star酒店的雨傘或舒適度,服務爲零
酒店僅提供早餐,不提供午餐、晚餐或客房服務。
但最令人擔憂的是酒店不遵守消防安全,如果這家酒店發生火災,客人簡直就是喪生。

MMary Kang入住特魯洛酒店真是太棒了!我和丈夫在11月中旬預訂了我們的住宿,這是普利亞淡季的開始。當我們到達時,禮賓/經理Ugo親切地將我們升級爲閣樓/高級住宿。太棒了!他親自帶我們來到我們迷人的Trullo,它不僅乾淨得無可挑剔,而且完全現代化,儘管是一個歷史悠久的陳舊結構。我們在一個寒冷的日子到達,發現大理石地板是加熱的,非常烤!大牀很舒服,更新的浴室很大,有一個巨大的淋浴。小房子甚至有一個設備齊全的現代化廚房,如果一個人要呆更長的時間。
最後,退房時我把小珠寶盒留在浴室裏。我們乘坐出租車20分鐘到火車站,顯然,在乘坐期間,Ugo試圖聯繫司機告訴我們,他們找到了盒子。最終,當我在下一個酒店發現我的疏忽,並與Ugo聯繫時,他親切地將我的珠寶快遞送回了在美國的家。我不能高度讚揚這個物業或其管理。不要猶豫,留在這裏!

MMSim83主人給了我他的WhatsApp號碼,在我入住的整個晚上非常樂於助人和友好。
房間很乾淨,很現代,還有一個陽台,位置也很好,離巴里市中心有點遠。
我確實努力尋找它,外門和內門的密碼確實令人討厭,但主人再次直接回答我並幫助我,他還給了我關於當地餐館和酒吧的信息,以及通往渡輪港和當地的出租車,我認爲他很棒,並竭盡全力幫助我,確保我有一個偉大的住宿!謝謝!!

IItaly ExplorerThen pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.
