Parking is not clearly advertised as an extra £8 and I booked with trip which should include a free upgrade if available. Hotel seemed very quiet on a Sunday night but no upgrade offered or referred to. Ir the 20% discount in good and drinks I was entitled to was not mentioned either. The rooms are nice but the surprise fee for parking and no complimentary upgrade when applicable and available was disappointing as was the mechanical approach if the receptionist at check in.

我最近在巴頓大廳享受了輕鬆的住宿。場地很漂亮,水療中心是一個亮點,特別是在陽光下。 不過早餐令人失望,英式早餐選擇太鹹,果汁味道合成,性價比差。 工作人員對進入spa的規則有點嚴格,感覺有點過分。儘管如此,他們通常樂於助人,彬彬有禮。 總的來說,一個不錯的住宿,周圍環境優美,但早餐質量和工作人員方法需要一些改進。

Really easy when checking in, staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we had booked without breakfast, they still gave us all the times in case we changed our mind as well as the times for the food and the bar. The room was clean and just what we needed for a getaway. Plenty of space and it had really good space to store our belongings away. Good amount of plugs, especially having one either side of the bed. Bathroom was clean and a really good size. Wifi was included, which made it more appealing as usually when we go away we have to pay extra!

房間很舒服,環境安靜,在第二天開始考試前最後一分鐘修改非常有幫助。工作人員很愉快,樂於助人。

位置好g。去市中心方便。設施也不錯,很乾淨。只是,房間清潔服務應該每天早上問。住在那裏很好。

午夜過後到達的很晚,周圍沒有人,不得不四處閒逛,爲某人喊叫,所以我們可以入住。最終我們發現人們設置了會議室。房間很乾淨,雖然看起來有點累。沒有沐浴露。房間在主步行道上,加入了樓梯,所以早上很吵。也是在早上9點,清潔工敲門並試圖進入房間,幸運的是我們鎖了門。早餐不錯,雖然熱的食物是乾的,煮的過熟。互聯網速度還可以,電視需要更新。

Holiday inn standard room and service, not thing special

Very quiet considering it's right next to the A14, i didn't hear anything from the traffic. Supported by a Starbucks and a Petrol station. The hotel was great the staff were all very helpful and happy to help with any questions i had. Clean towels, tea, coffee, milk refills means that you could stay there without going anywhere if you wanted to just chill out on your own. With a TV and my crime magazine i was happy to chill in the evening. Would be really happy to book this hotel again in the future.
