在英國達勒姆郡，設有停車場的飯店

預訂了兩個晚上去Beamish博物館。乘火車旅行。步行,部分上坡到城堡需要從車站大約30分鐘。Uber 8英鎊巴士相當複雜。  從市中心到酒店有公交車,但如果不能步行預訂Uber,建議相當複雜。從市中心到Beamish的巴士非常容易進入,£2.50。  現在城堡本身。你忍不住愛上了古雅而破舊的城堡,“磨損”是其吸引力的一部分。我們呆在樓上的馬裏。樓梯很窄,有小着陸,所以不適合那些臀部和呼叫困難的人。牀,牀上用品和浴室完美無瑕,非常舒適。房間非常寧靜,早起的鳥鳴。浴室有一個單獨的放大鏡,非常讚賞。下側是牀上樑上的灰塵,因此清潔度得分較低。  現在爲早餐和餐廳服務。無故障。食物質量最高,服務匹配。早餐與倫敦5星級評級匹配。  總的來說,這家酒店非常物有所值,是我們計劃再次訪問的地方。我們強烈推薦給任何訪問Beamish的人,他們欣賞高質量的食物,有點不同,和平與安靜,享受可愛的浴缸。

一次定了兩間全家出遊，酒店地理位置非常好，就在市中心附近，周圍吃飯、購物都很方便。房間雖然不算特別大，但非常乾淨整潔，佈局合理。床非常舒服，枕頭和被子都很柔軟，睡覺特別踏實。浴室很乾凈，水壓剛好，洗澡體驗非常不錯。 早餐很豐富，有熱食也有冷餐，種類多樣，味道也挺好，尤其是煎蛋和香腸，吃得很滿足。工作人員態度非常好，服務細緻周到，讓人感覺很温暖。入住和退房過程都非常順利，沒有任何麻煩。 總體來説，這家酒店物有所值，特別適合短住或商務出差，下次有機會還會再來。

帶父母來小杜，住的是三人間。兩張比較寬的大床房，給了沿河的房間，非常漂亮！ 酒店入住率還挺高的，前台和餐廳的工作人員都很友好。位置超級好，杜倫一進城著名十字路口邊上，離market place走路2分鐘。 不主動提供拖鞋，洗漱用品和瓶裝礦泉水，如果需要可以在入住的時候提需求，拖鞋2鎊一雙（但有可能沒有），免費水在一層前台旁邊自己接，可以請前台小哥哥幫忙找個容器。客房服務需要在入住時要求，不是自動來。

Overall it is good. Close to the railway station, which makes it quite convenient. Facilities are very limited.

Reception staff lovely. Food lovely and motel well presented.  Couple of issues in room - couldn’t get the shower riser to work but only there one night so managed. However not a fan of two single beds zipped together as zip is felt and disrupts sleep. Also wasn’t a fan of the mattress ended with bad back.

A birthday treat, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, had a tour, dungeon, food, gardens all excellent. Looking forward to returning.

The room was spacious and comfy beds. It comes with free breakfast, which is good. Breakfast was alright, the same food every morning. The only thing that lets us down is one of the staff in the restaurant. We sat there for ages waiting to be served. Because he won't be serving us not until 8pm. So we've waited patiently, because we have just arrived that night and was very hungry. This man was serving other people, but not us. So my husband and I were wondering what's going on. So my husband went to the till and queued up. But when it's my husband's turn, he asked, ”Who's next?? Obviously, my husband was in front of him. Then, when my husband asked if we could order now, he looked at him and me and saying ”Oh, just wait to your table, and I will get your order from there. . Maybe because I am the only Asian there. I feel like there's a bit of racism to be honest. We went back to our table and waited to be served again. But he didn't turn up and served the next table beside and served some other customer who came after us. I was so mad and upset. But I don't want cause a scene. So we we just went out and looked for another restaurant outside the hotel. We're so disappointed, and we didn't expect to be treated like that. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I just forgot his name. But the one at the restaurant is not nice at all. He ruined our family holiday. We won't be coming back anymore there.

Overall experience is good. It located in a very peaceful area and the room cleanliness is good. It is walkable to Durham international school if you have kids studying there
