We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

Came to Fiji for our first time and it was nearly a disaster after our originally booked resort was very poor. Luckily the Double Tree had room for us and they made us feel special with the greeting of “Welcome Home”. It was my partners 50th on this stay and the staff made it special with beachfront dining in a cabana with an amazing meal. Food was excellent throughout Resort was immaculately clean Our Bure was spacious and comfortable and great shower. Smiling and courteous staff everywhere in every department. On site shopping Activities to keep everyone occupied Really can’t fault this great resort and I wish we had booked here from the start. Vinaka to all for making the holiday a great and memorable one. Alan and Emily

Amazing! We stayed here as a family of 6. 2 kids and 4 adults. We booked the 2 bedroom villa. Upon arrival the lobby is incredible! The staff played the wooden instrument to welcome us. In the process of checking in my son mentioned it was going to be his birthday in a few days. The staff promptly took us in a golf buggy to our room and shortly after all our luggage was delivered. The 2 bed room villa was AMAZING! The two bedroom were well separated from each other and very large in size. Each had their own bathroom and balcony. Beds were very comfortable. It also had a kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, utensils etc) and living/dinning room. There was also a washing machine and dryer & a bathtub. The rooms overlooked the gorgeous pool area. Rooms were cleaned impeccably! The grounds were gorgeous!!! The numerous swimming pools were always clean and well maintained. On my son’s birthday the buffet breakfast staff brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to my son….. and later in the afternoon the Hotel staff delivered him a birthday cake with a lovely birthday card! The staff really would go above and beyond for their guests. The cocktails & food were amazing! There was security 24/7 walking around. Right at the front of the hotel is a little supermarket with quite reasonable prices. If you’re interested in jet skiing don’t book through the hotel “activity” desk they made it really difficult. Walk over to the other JetSki hire on the way to Radisson…. They were cheaper and a lot easier to deal with. The hotel also had numerous free activities throughout the day. We had the most incredible & relaxing stay and would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

My wife and I spent 7 amazing nights here! The resort has everything, you don’t even have to leave! You can catch a 45 minute cab ride to port denaru for some adventure experiences of course, but so much to do here. Isikeli and Jim - as well everyone else at the water sports area were awesome! The 5 hr cruise with snorkel and wave runner safaris were definitely worth it. Joey over at the fish bar is great and pours some good drinks. Missi and Adam with activities also some great people to run into for a soccer game on the beach. Marcus was the friendliest person to run into everywhere at the resort throughout the day. Simon at the front lobby will help square you away with whatever you need. We had a lagoon view bure which was a home away from not wanting to go back home. Walk right into the lagoon from the beach or sit on your balcony while reading a book. All in all could not recommend this resort more. Safest part of the trip is was having to leave.

We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!

My husband and I stayed at Nalagi Hotel for 1 night as we had an early flight out and it was close to the airport and relatively cheap. Our room was spacious and clean with a small balcony. We ate at the rooftop bar which has spectacular views and a big swimming pool. Very comfortable transit hotel if you want to be close to the airport when coming from other tourist areas. (Nadi not a tourist destination for us). The concierge called a taxi for us in the morning and it cost $20FJD to the airport.

We had already had an idea that the rooms would be dated from the reviews. So expected as much and weren't fussed about our stay, given the price hence why we 4 stars as prob can do with an upgrade. We were on the ground floor and we didn't have any bugs in our room. Cleaning was pretty good. One of the cleaners who had returned to work there in the last few months was REALLY amazing at his job. The restaurant food was really good we had no complaints, so dined there quite a bit. Rosie's onsite were also really helpful when we booked activities. But the staff are what make this place such a great atmosphere to be at. The bar staff Eroni (Rhonda) and Vasiti were AMAZING. Super helpful to give you advice and what to look out for. We would recommend the place based on the staff

The hotel seemed fine when I got there last night. My room was large and seemed clean, but I found hair in the bathroom, and the towel they gave me had large stains on it. There was no kettle, and no phone, so I used my mobile to call them and the staff brought a hot water kettle. I could not eat dinner because the chef was out and there was only fish and chips or chicken and chips (I'm a healthy vegan). The staff were friendly - I'll give them that. The AC was not working well. The worst things were - I gave them a $50 cash deposit, and they gave it back to me the next morning but later when I tried to use it to buy some mangoes, the vendor informed me that the note was out of circulation and I could not use it. I called the hotel and informed the front desk staff who gave it to me. She said she did it unknowingly, and had cc'd her General Manager on the email. It's now evening and there has been no reply from the GM. Meanwhile, I woke up at 5am to a bite on my shoulder - I found a bug on my blanket and squashed it. It was full of my blood. Later I researched its shape and it seems it might have been a bed bug or a flea. The bites are swollen and huge. I showed the bites to the front desk staff and she said nothing. I encouraged her to tell housekeeping. When I got home, and over the next few days, I had more large swollen bites and some little red bites too. Never going back, that's for certain. Not worth the $125/night.

因為第二天趕早班飛機所以訂了這家旅館。套房有2室2廳2衞，帶廚房和炊具，但是我們都沒有用過。因為這個酒店明顯人氣不足，入住的時候已經傍晚，進過暗暗的走廊走到二樓入住到這個房間，一股黴氣撲面而來，保安跟着進來趕緊打開空調，房間裏小蟲很多，浴室的門也不大好，反正就住一晚就忍忍吧。唯一值得推薦的是周圍有個super center，裏面有超市，也有好多飯店，人氣挺足的，連我們一早上5點出門，那廣場上還有很多人。

Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Great hotel. Lots of things to do within the resort, very friendly to kids. Plus other activities like the watersports point (those ppl were amazing too). Amazing staff. Hotel itself is fine. Reasonably clean and well-equipped. Actually very pretty with a lot of greenery and foliage around, that felt much more natural and authentic, than just a green lawn that resorts tend to sport these days. (like for ex Sheraton next to it has. We preferred Radisson's look) Our only problem was, that the quality of coffee was pretty bad and we ended up having to walk to the neighbouring Sheraton to get a good cup of coffee.

A 5 minute walk from port Denarau, spacious 2 storey apartment, comfy beds, easy check in/out, great hotel info detailing local restaurants. a great place for an overnight stay. downside is there's no real cafe/restaurant on site. we went to indian rest at port called Indigo, was the best we've ever had.
