También destacar que en temporada de nieve el parking podría haber estado mejor, ya que es de pago y la calzada estaba helada y dio algún problema para entrar y salir. Repetiremos sin duda.

The Ushuaia hotel was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean with a great selection of really good food from the buffet which was different each night. The only minor irritation with the hotel was the bar staff who, all though were fantastic, the service was very slow at busy times. Free ski lockers were provided in the hotel & it was only 1 minute to the lift. I would highly recommend the hotel but a have a few warnings if you are skiing with beginners: If you are booking this is a ”ski in” hotel, beginners will struggle to get down the Blue run to the hotel. I have skied for 30 years & would say that it was a difficult blue & you would have to come down on the chair. I have seen many comments saying Arinsal is a great place for beginners. I totally disagree. There is only one nursery slope, & I appreciate that it was half term, but it was heaving. Beginners we spoke to were bored as the queue wasn't worth 15 seconds of skiing before re-joining the long queue. There is a Green marked on the piste map but even a ski guide said it's really a blue. Pal next door has much better beginner facilities. However, as a beginner to get to the nursery slopes in Pal, you would need to travel on the bus, but only for about 8 minutes. There is a cable car from the top of Arinsal across to Pal, but you would need to ski down Blue's to get to the nursery slopes. Getting back to Arinsal, by the Free Bus or the L5 service, on the day we tried, as my wife is not a confident skier, included an hour wait at the bus stop in Pal as information on times is sketchy at best. Both services do take you back to the Ushuaia though. Intermediate skiers would find the amount of ski school trains in your way annoying. Yes everyone has to learn but, there are simply too many instructors & some classes were 14 strong so you are picking your way around them. I must mention the cleanliness of all facilities on the mountain as they were brilliant. Lunchtime eating was priced reasonably as well in both Arinsal & Pal. Would I go back to the Ushuaia, definitely Would I go back to ski in Arinsal, maybe Would I go back to ski in Pal, yes

Amazing location for the slopes - there is direct access to the gondola from the hotel and lockers to store your ski gear. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar/restaurant attached. Nice, clean kitchen in the basement and a chill out area on the top floor. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a quad room with a private bathroom. We liked the room - it had good soundproofing so no disturbance at night, comfy beds and lovely hot showers. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

We booked through Crystal, and stayed in the Diana Parc and so enjoyed the service and food in the a la carte restaurant, but also enjoyed the other restaurant. Our room and the service provided was excellent, and with all the different facilities, especially the spa, we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arinsal. In the restaurant Alfonsina and Javier provided excellent service, and we were also impressed by Ghizlane, Rima and David on Reception. Thank you all for a most enjoyable stay.

This was an ideal hotel, easy access to lockers in the building and direct link to the Gondola up to the slopes. The food was varied throughout the stay and we ate most nights in the hotel though ventured out a few times at night for food. The staff were really friendly and helpful which made a huge difference. They were all too eager to help if there were any issues. Would stay again since it just takes a lot of the hassle out of a great snowboarding trip.

This hotel with an excellent car park at the top end of Arinsal made a perfect base for a walking trip in the Andorran pyrenees. L5 bus route into Andorra La Vella starts in the hotel car park! The hotel staff were exceptional in always smiling and happy to help. The rooms are spacious with microwave and fridge facilities although the varied choice of restaurant food made external shopping unnecessary. The dining room runs on a buffet style presentation and all the food provided was wholesome and of good quality. The rooms are made up daily and the housekeeping staff are willing to adapt to your needs re timing etc. Exceptionally good value for the facilities provided.

Spent a fabulous week at this hotel with family and friends in March 2024. Really easy check in from friendly helpful staff. We had 5 rooms, 2 were very large, the other 3 were smaller but quite adequate. All rooms comfortable and daily cleaning was superb. We had half board, very extensive breakfast, lots of choice of great food. Evening meals were equally good, tasty and filling. We had a vegan as part of our party, I emailed the hotel prior to let them know. What a response, vegan yoghurt and cheese at breakfast and a freshly prepared vegan meal every evening. Many thanks to the chef for being so accommodating, with such fabulous food. Best vegan meals our son has had EVER! Evenings were spent in the bar, sometimes a little noisy with all the table soccer, pool and computer games but a good a**osphere. Good prices for drinks and very friendly bar staff. Very short walk to the Gondola ski lift, after collecting gear from the hotel ski storage area at the hotel. Only negative point was the lift in the mornings when you are on the 5th floor, but to be expected and definitely not a major problem, patience helps. We still made the early lifts! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again if skiing in Pal Arinsal. Thanks you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

This was an OK place. It’s rather faded – circa 1990. The interior was pretty stark, though it was clean. There was only 1 chair in the room which meant that one of us had to sit on the bed. There were a decent amount of towel bars/hooks and good counter space for toiletries. We had a nice little balcony with a partial view of the mountains, but there was no table on which to put drinks. The room did not have a fridge or a kettle with which to make coffee/tea. The website makes it look like it’s out in the country with beautiful views, but that is not the case. It’s on the edge of the town of Arinsal and the views are only partial and look down through the town. The dining room looked rather like a diner with plastic tablecloths and hard chairs. Dinners were pretty good (we had taken half-board thinking we’d be out in the country); the waiter was a bit aloof, but he warmed up over time. Breakfasts had a good selection of yogurt, cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, eggs and fruit – but there was no decaf coffee available. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was a faint odor of cigarette smoke most everywhere despite the prohibition of smoking inside – people were smoking right outside the front door and it wafted in. There is no A/C, so we had to leave the window open to get it cool enough to sleep. The towels and sheets/blankets need replacing – they’re kind of threadbare, though it was really nice to have sheets and blankets instead of only a duvet. Overall, it's an OK place for a night or 2. We wouldn’t necessarily avoid it, but we might look elsewhere if we were to return to the area.

We stayed at an alternative hotel but were told by locals of the day passes available for Princesa Parc spa. We visited after a day of skiing and paid £18pp for the spa. This didn’t have a time limit but we went in the early evening and it shut at 9pm. The spa facilities were perfect, multiple steam rooms, two saunas, a pool with jets and bubbles and an extra hot pool (I loved). Also an ice pool bit to walk through (shallow) and an ice bucket. Towels included in price. We didn’t get any treatments but looked at the menu for this, varied in price.

The Hotel Comapedrosa is located in Arinsal, a little ski town in La Massana Parish, in Andorra Country. The rate quality/price was very good. It is one of the cheapest hotel in Andorra in may (low season). The bathroom has all we need to stay some days. I booked 3 times due to the number of persons and I could stay always in a double room (two days I am alone and two days we were two). The staff was very friendly and the last day they did a take away full breakfast for me. On the other hand, the room was small. In the surroundings almost all were closed in may.
