「早餐比較簡易，有切片麪包、貝果、自製煎餅和酸奶，適合停留一晚，工作人員非常熱情，有免費停車位，房間和設施都比較老式，離機場比較近。」

「I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!」

「check in verliep niet vlekkeloos, maar de afhandeling door Amanda was geweldig, groot compliment waard! Ook haar tips met betrekking tot eten en dingen om te doen waren spot on. 100% dat ik weer zou boeken bij een volgend bezoek aan Anchorage.」

「房間非常時尚、舒適！房間內提供咖啡、茶、也有熱水壺。沐浴備品超級香、服務人員也很親切。唯一缺點是靠近馬路側的房間能聽到外面車聲、滿吵的。」

「1泊で利用しました。 空港から無料のシャトルは空港から電話をすると5分程度で来てくれました。 夜遅くのチェックイン、翌日は市内観光し夕方からチナ温泉へ行くので、ホテル滞在が短かったのが悔やまれます。 部屋からは運が良ければオーロラが見れるようで、夜中に何回か起きてベランダから空を確認していましたが、残念ながら見ることはできませんでした。 他にも、ロビーや廊下にたくさんの動物の剥製？や絵画があり、また小さいですがフィットネスルームやサウナもあり、もっと泊まり楽しみたかったです。」

「Staff are nice. They pick us up from the airport and drop us off to the airport. They have a good size ref and good microwave that heat fast. I just want to suggest to add eggs or any meat like sausage, bacon in their breakfast. Other than that, overall stay was pleasant.」

「房間看起來非常乾淨舒適，但是第二天我們被咬了並發現了蟲子（bed bug）。感覺是之前做過清理但是反覆了。前台馬上給更換了房間。非常感謝！希望酒店給與足夠的重視，採取更好的措施。比如使用防蟲床套和可以水洗並高温消毒的被褥枕頭。」
