這是我第二次入住這家酒店,主要是位置。它離Masjid Nabwi很近,每次祈禱都可以去祈禱,回來房間。婦女大門也在附近。
我乘公路旅行,他們根據可用性提供免費停車場,這對我來說是安心的。兩次我都得到了免費停車場alhumdulillah。
附近也有很多吃飯的地方在太壩商業中心。
總體來說很不錯。

說實話，這地方真是太棒了，滿分10分！往返禁寺的班車服務很棒。員工和客房服務人員都非常友善熱情。如果你需要幫忙解決任何問題，找Arman準沒錯。願真主（願他安拉）眷顧Arman，他是個很棒的人，會盡力幫助你！

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything.
We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place.
The building is older, but functional.
We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone.
I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩
Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365.
You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us.
Because the location is not that far from gate 365.
This gate is near Rawdah.
Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

入住Artal Taiba Madina酒店,總體來說是一次不錯的體驗,入住和退房都非常容易。我通過Trip.com預訂,他們的服務極好–預訂過程順利,確認快捷,所有信息都很清楚,他們讓整個體驗無壓力,可靠。
酒店性價比高,位置方便,步行到Masjid-e-Nabwi約一個15-minute。相比當地其他酒店,這家挺經濟實惠的。房間小– 我住的是大牀房,完全沒有窗戶,但由於大部分時間都在清真寺裏,只回來睡覺,還好。
特別感謝Ashjan小姐和Abdulla145q,他們都很好,在我逗留期間很有幫助。
如果您正在尋找靠近聖地的預算選項,這是一個不錯的選擇,通過Trip.com預訂會更好。

在某個時刻,嘿,說這家酒店至少應該是4星級。有一個非常好的大型入口大堂區,座位充足。
選擇這家酒店的明顯原因是它靠近masjid Nabawi。走出入口不到60秒後,您就到了365號門。
一些負面評論是OTT。我們根據要求得到了房間吸塵,並在需要時更換毛巾。
我唯一錯過的是無法阻止鐵。

非常好,入住的人真的很棒,每個人都很好。我喜歡我們在那裏的住宿。我們訂了4人的房間,但他們給我們升級了行政套房,他們真好。我希望我們有聖地的景色,但距離清真寺步行2分鐘。

周邊酒店價格都不低，離先知寺的315號門1公里多，已經很方便了，臨時住一晚是OK的，臨街比較炒，早餐還不錯；從高鐵站自己叫車到酒店40sr左右；從酒店到去north運營的ai ula的巴士站，打車30sr左右，比較方便！巴士一天兩班到ula，8:00和18:00從麥地那出發！

房間很大很美，配套很好，早餐很豐富，美味。但是出發前有send email同酒店聯絡是次入住是慶祝生日，而酒店回覆到時候會送一個房間生日佈置。但到我入住的時候房間是沒有生日佈置，令我感到很尷尬和失望，因為房間佈置是其中一項我安排送給女朋友的生日驚喜之一。其次，酒店有接送服務到一個景點，下車時同司機講好了半小時後回來接我們，但是司機沒有再回來，我認為司機是忘記了，我要再重新花時間和酒店聯絡，而且自己在景點呆等了30分鐘，而此景點是一個很荒漠的地方，30分鐘後才有另一個司機到景點接我們回到酒店。所以以上的失誤我感到十分失望，因為我認為這些低級的失誤是不應該在一家五星級酒店發生。

匿匿名用戶My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.
